For our 20th wedding anniversary, my husband and I had beautiful photographs taken. We had them made into Canvas at the Walgreens in Hackettstown. Six years later, I was having some construction done at our home and the painter broke the photo. Today I brought it back to the Walgreens and they very kindly fixed it. Free of charge. So helpful and kind. It really touched my heart. Please give this professional and kind location your business.

Very helpful and extremely professional people. Everyone is so nice. It's always a pleasure coming to the Walgreens even to just deposit cash. Very clean too

Yesterday I used the cancel option for a prescription I no longer needed. They filled it anyway. So now I'm stuck with a prescription I don't need as well as being out the money. I've had so many problems with this pharmacy I think it's time to go somewhere else.

Appointment for a vaccine was set at 11. You arrive on time and the pharmacist lets you wait for 30-45mins. The lady on the register was asked why it’s taking so long she just said the pharmacist is on the phone. What is the point of setting an appointment when even the pharmacist does not keep with it? This is very unprofessional, you do not expect your patients to wait that long for just a vaccine.

Employees were rude and unhelpful did not know how to operate their own cash register system to be able to load muddy pack cards employee claim to be store manager and did not know how to do it refuse to call anybody else to help him

Worst pharmacy and customer service in.the area. Don't go there they gave me a prescription for Paxlovid that was expired 9/23 with another person's name and info along with their drs name on my box no explanation.just so sorry are you kidding me .. this is not excusable. They are always rushed and keep people waiting forever. DO NOT GO THERE

I’m sitting at the drive thru now for over 20 min. The car at window just moved. Not sure how long they were there before I pulled up but 2 cars in front of me pulled away. This always happens here. It’s absolutely ridiculous and they are usually rude and can care less
