“Wow this was my first time at this beautiful and very big Hackettstown Store! It was nice and comfortable to shop around and not feel cramped in the isles. The Employees are Super friendly and helpful and make sure you get every cent of your discounts! I love the setup in this store nice and clean and not cluttered. It was a very pleasant experience to shop there. 5 Stars!!!! This is also the easiest to park at as well. The parking lot is very spacious, and Kohl's is the last store at the strip mall so it's very easy to find a spot and 2 separate doors to walk through. Very nice!!!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is beautiful, various prices, and Western clothing, cowboy hats, and cowboy and work boots for kids, ladies, and men. Jewelry and belts too. Great to see another Boot Barn in the Garden State, along with the ones in Millville and Cherry Hill. The store is a home run. Great job Mount Olive staff and construction staff.”

“I am obviously a bit biased since I like their clothing, but the staff has always been very kind and helpful to me when I visit. There is always some sort of sale in progress so you rarely have to pay full price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the store is a bit small compared to other BR stores so sometimes the selection is limited.”

“The associates (Karen and Cathy) at the Chester store are just fabulous! I had an issue with an order error and a tight deadline for needing to receive it. They contacted corporate and painstakingly argued for me to get my order not only in record time but comped my shipping and got me an additional discount for my troubles. Excellent customer service at this location!”

“I was in town and decided to check this store out. Lulu, the young lady running the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The book nook was an unexpected treasure. The variety of titles was a treat; I bought at least six books (literature, grammar, vocabulary titles). Best part was the affordability. If I'm in town again, I'll be sure to visit their book corner.”
