“I went to make a deposit and there was only one teller. I was waiting for a while. Ms (Dionne) Gibson was at the desk already attending to a customer. When that customer had to make a phone call, she came over to help me at the counter. Ms. Gibson could have just waited and overlooked me standing there, but chose to take the extra step to help me. It is this type of customer service, which will make me come back to this branch more often.”
