Joey from Hercules Auto Salvage offered flexible scheduling for pickup and was willing to push the pickup time to later in the week to accommodate my work schedule. He paid exactly what he quoted in our initial exchange and didn't try to lowball me when he arrived. Joey was personable and took the time to ensure the vehicle was 100% secured and safe before driving away.
