Took myself and my two boys (7&3) for a Saturday morning walk in which is already a chaotic time to be at Labcorp but especially with three of us not having appointments. The staff was so kind and helpful, they let all three of us go in together and Yvonne was perfect with my very nervous boys. Thank you guys so much!

There was dried blood on the arm rest. I noted it and the technician cleaned it down with a Lysol wipe. Stations were not being sanitized in between visits. There are signs on the wall stating they're sanitized in between visits. I was brought in immediately after another patient and saw the same happen at the booth directly across from me. Technician was nice, painless, but I'll be looking for an alternative next time.

This place is beyond unorganized! The kiosks barely work, the staff is overwhelmed and there is not enough nurses to draw blood. There needs to be a better system in place to care for lab patients. It is absolutely ridiculous that we had to wait almost two hours in the waiting room and another hour in the back just to have blood drawn. And this is after my child was skipped over by 2 other people that came after us. I don’t know who is in charge of this location, but something needs to change immediately!

I always had a great experience at this location. Everyone is really nice and even when i go in with no appointment I am seen pretty quickly.

What a difference!!! Six months ago I had a terrible experience at this location and today it was a very different experience! Great service, friendly and pleasant staff from start to finish. The place was also very clean. Great job on improvements!

I think his name is Eric, he was so great drawing my 5 year olds blood. She even agrees that we will come here and look for him if she needs anymore bloodwork. In the past, it took 3 people to hold her down. Not this time. Was a very pleasant experience.

Stopped in this morning w/o an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Very efficient. The staff was extremely nice as well. I only had a digital copy of my lab slip and they were able to help me print it out on site. So kind & helpful!

I don't know why they have bad reviews . I walked in with no appointment for my daughter (I had one but had to cancel because I was going to be late and they had no more appointments online ) . They were helpful and so incredibly nice . Infact everyone I encountered in the office was nice . She was taken back immediately. I forgot a drs note and had to drive back . They where nice and efficient with the note as well. In and out .

My child had to do a 3 day stool collection, the website says that they close at 2:30pm , My husband was there at 2:05pm they would not take the. Stool sample saying they are closed. Do I’m to make my child start all over 3 more day's of collecting a new sample, when he is having a chronic illness. Really it was a drop off I had to find another Labcorp I think you should change the website to reflect the time you close. . This was a big inconvenience but I did what I had to do for my child.

I had a friend to tell me about this LabCorp location. Eric was able to find my veins with no problem. He took his time and was excellent!!!!! Thank you Lapcorp & thanks again Eric. The staff was very friendly also. You will see me again, be blessed
