Wash and folding coming out half washed tiles the washed white ones have dirty washed smell still in them after agreeing to rewash previous white load other new has dirty smell

If I could give this zero stars, I would This place is a dump. Do not bring your clothes to get washed there. They lost all of my clothes and refuse to give me any money for them. I will be getting a lawyer if you know you lost the clothes replace them I’m not even asking for full price for my clothes I’ve been dealing with this since Thanksgiving by the way ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

For self-wash, the facility is clean and reasonably priced. The staff is also very friendly. I’ve been using this facility for years on an as-needed basis.Today, I had a lot to manage and decided to try the full-service wash and fold. The clothes were clean, but were sloppily folded. After spending over an hour refolding the laundry, I realized unfortunately my favorite nice shirt from an expensive store was missing from my clothes and I had someone else’s lost sock.Had my shirt not been missing with the laundry bag I had put it in, I would’ve given 4 stars. I’m hoping when I call tomorrow morning that they still have my shirt and laundry bag and have not given it away to another customer by accident.EDIT: So I was luckily able to get my favorite shirt back! The woman who did my clothes never dried my shirt and left it in the laundry bag on a counter. So when I called first thing this morning, it was found, dried and will be ready for pick up shortly. I will likely have to wash it again, as it’s been sitting wet since at least 3pm yesterday, but I’m happy to have it back!Something to consider before using a full-service option like this…Is the time-savings worth the possibility of having your clothes lost or damaged (shrunk)? For me, it’s not.
