Walked in to drop off a 24 hour urine sample for my urologist, asked girl at desk a question regarding the drop off and she was completely rude. Went across the street to labcorp! They areamazing and so pleasant. NEVER using Quest again.

Very professional gentleman helped me. It was very professional. Locked items in a lock box. Couldn’t flush toilet or wash hands until my sample was handed to him.

was screamed at and called difficult because i asked two questions. “can i have a printed receipt” and “that doesn’t seem like everything i paid for, are you certain?”That made me difficult. If you don’t like people.. don’t do into the medical field. I tried to get her name but she wouldn’t even look at me anymore.

The phlebotomist who helped us on Friday, Nov 17 at around 7:30 a.m. was phenomenal. We had to have an unusual blood draw and she was incredibly professional, competent, and kind. We really, really appreciate it.

Went there last year and got a lot of static about not having an appointment. Set up appointment this year, provided all of my information, got there early and scanned all of my info in lobby. Waited 10 minutes only to be told they don't accept my insurance. Complete waste of time.

I couldn't let this year end without expressing my experience back in August 2022. My encounter was with Ida the rudest person I have ever met in my 75 years on earth. She refused to take my blood simply because I asked why my credit card was needed. She told me I was making her have a bad day. Please note I was her first client that day.I was told Ida was just a tempShe is still a representative of Quest.

Type 1 diabetic on time for fasting blood work. There are no humans in the front to help anyone check in and the machine is broken. One person comes from the back and scolds everyone. When she get a minute she will help. There is one patient back getting tests done, 5 of us sitting here waiting. The worst of the worst. Why is there no human to speak to?

Jeannie took great care of my 87 year old Dad today. She cares! She's kind! And when my dads cell phone wasn't working, she called me for clarification and I know I was dealing with a professional! And another woman at this location has gone above and beyond last year for my father. Thank you both!!

I had an appointment on Monday and upon arriving I checked in on my phone and waited in my car as instructed. After 20 minutes I get a call that their system was down and to go somewhere else. I was on my lunch break so just scheduled for the next day. Today I get there and again check in on my phone. I wait for 30 mins without hearing anything and decide to go inside. There was no one waiting and a lady popped her head out of a room and asked if I had my papers. I told her that I had them on my phone and she said well our systems down and just walked away. I waited for her to come back out and asked if she had an idea on when to come back since this had now happened two days in a row. She very rudely said “The systems down, go somewhere else” I understand they have no control over the system being down but they could have notified me before coming since it’s clearly been down for 2 days. On top of the inconvenience, the woman was just plain rude for no reason. I will go out of my way to go to a difference office in the future.

I had went into this location to take a pre employment drug test. As soon as I walked out of the bathroom the Phlebotomist stated that there may be something wrong with the test. I was concerned due to the fact that my dream job was on the line. I asked how soon will I know the results she said "a few days usually". Then she was struggling to read the papers and stated "how do I know which is which". Right after that you could hear another patient walk in. She started to panic and told me to leave. I have no confidence at all in my test taker and I will be notifying corporate if there are any problems with my test.

Had an appointment of 6:45 am and had to wait 45 minutes to actually get the testing done. Everyone that morning was delayed. This is the 2nd time same has happened to me at this location.

Not specifically towards the all the workers at the location. There is always one person working their tail off and one taking their sweet time. They are under staffed and over worked. Recently I had a covid test done at a urgent care, they sent it to quest and my insurance questioned the charge and requested an invoice. I spent 3 days trying to get through to someone and was hung up on multiple times. I called Haddon heights and corporate and both were extremely rude. Ok
