Very nice people. Helped me get my car key fixed and get a new stihl weedwacker. Very very courteous and helpful employees. I was surprised honestly because I’m used to Lowe’s and Home Depot.

This place is my go to for any project I have. I have an old house and they ALWAYS have what I need along with the knowledge to help me with whatever I’m working on. You won’t go 10 feet into the store without an offer for help and then take you to the spot to find what you need. Been going here for 30+ years, you won’t find me in the big box stores.

The staff were super nice and helpful when I visited recently. Unfortunately, the manager was not. I bought a dented can hoping for a slight discount since I’m on a tight budget and most people would avoid buying denting cans, so I was doing them a favor.
When I got to the register the lady (super nice) tried to get the managers attention to ask for approval, but he was too busy watching the Phillies game to care. She had to raise her voice three times before he heard her - he was only 5 feet away!!! After she asked, he said no, and turned back to watch the game.
He could tell moments after (probably between plays) that I was annoyed and asked if I wanted to switch cans, but I was so exhausted and frustrated that he cared more about the game than his customer, so I just left.
The discount didn’t matter, what mattered was that he didn’t care enough to pay attention when he was needed. Hope the stupid game (yeah, I said it) was worth losing a customer.

Needed a fuse for my lawn sprinkler system. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this obscure item. It was great to have personal service, Unlike the big stores. I would highly recommend this store!!
