“I ordered a beautiful arrangement online. Finding a good florist remotely is random at best. Usually the picture afterwards is a disappointment due to size and substitutions. This was superlative! The arrangement looked exactly as pictured- even better. The note was handwritten not a crummy printout! It even came with a sachet - a lovely thoughtful touch. “The ordering experience was amazing. The store is lovely and so cozy. We had a scheduling mishap the day of pick-up that was leading to a crisis leaving a bride without her bouquet. My daughter reached out to the store, after hours, and they could not have been more accommodating. They waited for her to arrive and were so incredibly kind.
