Came in to buy protein there’s a promotion where you buy one and get the other one 50% employee was rude said he couldn’t do it or use my 10.00 offNot only that he told me he was closing soon . So I just walked out .

Know what you need before going in. They will try and sell you a million other things and come at you with all kind of buy this get this half off stuff. Also manager was completely wrong on some info I asked him and when I showed him on google looked mad or something. Had to put this warning out there. Rite Aid across the street has a mini GNC and is a million times better!

The guy told me they didn’t have NAC anymore because you need a prescription. Vitamin shoppe across town had a shelf full of NAC and laughed

Horrible customer service ever experience in my life. Long story short I waiting a month in half for bcaa when I finally got the call from them that they have it. I decided it wasn't worth it anymore please return it. I went to the store to get my money back they said they could not give me my money back because I have no receipt. I told them "Really" I waited a month and half and now your telling I can't cause no receipt smh. Base on my situation you would think they would be saying sorry none stop and bending over backwards to please me but No I got the complete opposite smh . So I'm talking to Danny this point but out of know where the women from the back with the worst customer service that I ever seen started talking to me like I was wrong to ask for my money back. She was giving me atittude going back and forth with me. She said she was the director of sale there and the icing on the cake was she called the cops on me ???? Why? Cause we both are urging back and forth. I don't like to used this card but is it because I'm a black male and I'm upset that you call the cops on me. The cops came nothing happen they was good cool cops, even they told me what they did to me was wrong. At the end Danny give me store credit SMFH.......NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
