H&R Block (and our tax-preparer, Alan Feldman in the Haddon Township office, in particular) is the Best!!
I (stupidly) convinced my mom to leave H&R Block last year so she could save money getting her taxes done for free by AARP. She didn't want to leave Alan Feldman at H&R Block, but conceded.
What a mistake I made! The difference between the two was night and day! Alan Feldman in Haddon Township was not only very nice, but he was extremely competent, efficient, caring, and did not waste our time (or money)! Now I understand why my mom did not want to leave him. We came back this year and don't intend to make this mistake again.

They did not give me the . Money Today was getting a $700 return and said. I made to little money to get the money right away. It's a waste of your money. People Don't do it complete waste the time

They messed up my return, I cold have done it myself for free ,I actually paid them Alot to screw up my return. That was my first and last time VERY DISAPPOINTED

For years, I usually have no problem with my simple taxes using a well known online service. This year, for whatever reason, I could not figure out why it was telling me I owed over $1,000 in NJ taxes. I spent HOURS trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Finally, with the tax deadline looming, I managed to score an appointment here with Terri Brandel. She sorted me out in less than 15 minutes and I had my tax refund just a week after it was submitted. It's worth it to pay a professional to just get the job done and done right. She was worth every penny because at the end, I ended up owing nothing and getting a decent refund back. Let me say it again - worth every penny.
