This is the best Planet Fitness around. Always clean, they open on time, and it’s never overly crowded even during peak times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they opened earlier during the week and on weekends but otherwise always a great experience!

Update: 4 months later and still blown away: big thanks to Justin, Joe, Sophia, Josh, Felicia, Patrick, Emma and Anna. I’m still blown away by what Planet Fitness is selling and how wonderful folks are there. 📈💯
I've been coming to Planet Fitness Westmont consistently for the last two months and am blown away with the staff's care (high praise specifically for Haley, Shajeeb, Jade, Ebonique, Tatiana, Felicia, Brad, Josh, Joe and literally everyone else working there) and the general vibe. My normal PF is in Pasadena, CA (which also rules), but have unexpectedly been in South Jersey helping my parents navigate assisted living and have really appreciated the culture I experience at PF Westmont. The place is awesome and thanks again to the staff for making me feel at home.

I started going to this planet fitness in July and have been extremely disappointed. Firstly, the girl behind the counter, Sophia, is extremely rude and pays more attention to her phone and the other male employees than customers. She’s always sitting and I can’t ever get service when she’s alone at the desk. I would submit a complaint to the manager, Felicia, but I’ve heard she bans customers who complain. The manager herself is very rude and unprofessional. I will no longer be going to this planet fitness and will be rethinking my membership entirely.

The "employees" who work here couldn't be bothered doing their job. Everytime I come In I have to scan myself in while the employees behind the desk rather be on their phone or talking to each other. The only nice, friendly and employee who actually works is the Hispanic lady who works in the weekday morning. The two girls who are behind the desk on the weekends are extremely rude and not friendly. Even the manager with the tattoos and piercings doesn't even do her job. This place have been going down hill.
