Everyone I spoke to there was very responsive and knowledgeable with my query. Not only did they expertly pack the crystal lamp, which arrived in one piece, they managed to disassemble it slightly, saving me a lot of money. And plus their overall packaging price was significantly more cost effective than the UPS Store quoted. From save-the-date announcements to invitation inserts, Staples was with us every step of the way. The manager Mike took time and care helping us match paper. Dylan, A.J., Meredith, Breanna, John, and Jeremy took time to help us resize, print, and cut everything we needed for our big day. They worked with us to keep costs down while making our vision a reality. I recently heard that this store is closing, and I believe it’s a disservice to the Moorestown community. “The staff is very helpful and professional but they definitely need more help at this location. There is always a very slow response for customer service at the print shop due to only having one or two employees trying to address a long line of customers and being overwhelmed with questions. Service in this area of the store definitely needs improvement. More attention to detail needs to be addressed in keeping the floor of this area clean. This area routinely has paper debris on the floor which needs to be removed to give the store a clean professional look. Long wait times in the print shop creating disgruntled customers definitely needed to be addressed.”

“This review is based on the wonderful experience I had at the Staples store in Marlton, NJ. I lost a piece of jewelry serval days ago and it was found in the store several days later. When I went to pick it up the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to leave a small reward or even buy them lunch, they politely refused and said they were happy it was found and to help. This doesn't happen very often in today's world and it just goes to show there are good people all around us. Thankyou again to the Staples staff.”

After going to multiple places that say they offer passport photos, like cvs and Walgreens just to find out when you arrive, that conveniently the person that does the photo is never working.
I googled passport photo near me and this place came up, yet it did not when I did I it on Google Maps.
Either way , the gentleman behind the counter was awesome. Walked in asked for a photo, 3 minutes later I was walking out with them in hand. Way better pricing than fed ex as well , only $13 for a set.
Will recommend everyone to go here for there services.”

“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”

“It's not the staples that you remember from the nineties. In the Back of the store are large discount bins where you can find bargains based on the day of the week. It still has office supplies , but the best part of the store is the print department and the party depot supply.”

“I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.
