The customer service is excellent. They need more employees though. A lot of traffic in this store and the line can get pretty long at times. Especially with amateur shipping customers who require a lot of assistance.

I visited on Sunday and Amber was the only one working. She was quick to get the line down and super personable. She helped me fix the location for all of my returns and gave me suggestions on what to look for next time to avoid choosing another option. She had world class customer service and a great attitude. That young lady needs a raise! It's refreshing to see people that enjoy their job. I will be using this UPS store for all of my needs from now on.

I've dealt with logistics issues waiting for packages and missed deliveries and all of that jazz, Joey was the first person to actually be of help to me- Use these guys for all of your shipping!

I’m relatively new to this immediate area, so lucky for me, this is my new local UPS Store. Every time I go in, the customer service is top notch. The staff are professionals who always seem happy to help customers. It’s refreshing.

Had to ship out a package quickly. Plenty of parking and when I arrived, staff were taken care of customers. Employees were very engaging and worked the line down very quickly. Staff members were all very personable and my transactions was done in less than 5 minutes. If you need to send a package out, go see this UPS business. Highly Recommend

I needed a seating chart printed on foam board. Took it in to the UPS store in a Haddon Twp and Nick, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent him a JPEG , and he made some helpful suggestions . He reformatted it, added color and it came out perfect. Fast service . Excellent product.

The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am usually in and out in 5 minutes or less. They know how to swiftly move a line and take good care of their customers!
