Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our pet (Ce’ Ce’) spent 3 nights at VEG and made steady progress each day while under their care. It was extremely obvious that taking care of animals was their passion. I was fortunate enough to visit twice a day and each time I stopped by someone gave me an update on her progress ! We couldn’t be more pleased with the care and Love that was given to our special little Ce’ Ce’ ?”

“Clementon Animal Hospital is great! Every single staff member has been great to me from the front desk, the veterinary assistant to the veterinary. Customer service and dog care is awesome. However as of recently I noticed the prices have gone up a lot compared from last year to this year. I’m not sure if I can continue to bring my pet to get care here.”

Communication and customer service is above and beyond, the urgent care aspect is a nice option should something come up as emergencies seem to. “The scheduling and check-in process was easy and stress-free. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. This clinic is one hour from where I live, but between the reviews and the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend”
“Everyone here is super personable and informative. Dr. Knighton and the Tech that checked out Fred, my 10 week old street urchin, were super gentle with him. They gave me a clear overview of what to expect for upcoming visits. They also used treats to help Fred be calm while he received care.
I also really appreciated that the front desk staff is able to give you a ballpark quote for the cost of the visit. There's nothing like being blindsided with fees.
I called around to a few places before picking City Cat Vets. Their pricing seems very fair in comparison.
I totally recommend them if you've got a kitty. The office is dog free. The space is super calm and quiet. The staff are A+ from the first phone call with the front desk to the visit itself.”

“The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My cats are skittish, and they handled them beautifully, helping to decrease the cats' stress. I don't remember the tech's name, but she really went above and beyond to care for our 15 year old cat. Sasha wouldn't come out of her carrier (top opening). The tech handled Sasha's stress in such a loving and caring manner. That the staff does care for my cats well.”

Amber is our neighborhood stray. I know him because he frequently shows-up and I feed him. This day he showed up with a gulf ball size wound on his head. I immediately took him to BPH in CC Philadelphia. They wasted no time admitting and caring for him. They treated Stray Amber as if he was one of their own! The staff and service is exemplary! -mdc”

“I have been taking my pup there since we got her at 12 weeks of age. Everybody there has been amazing from front desk to the vet, Dr Flasik. I probably called them dozens time for any worries that I have about my pups They are very quick to respond for all my concerns. They’re very friendly and kind to our pup that make her always happy to go see them.

Great neighborhood vet with a compassionate, experienced, and professional staff.It cost us ~$200 total without any insurance to get our 2 cats their checkup, and we were out the door in less than 45 minutes. The vet has a great touch with cats and was able to keep both of ours calm despite some necessary medical man-handling!Don't come here looking for easy parking - visit for the best neighborhood vet you could ever want.”
