Have an appointment to get vaccinated. They aren't busy and have plenty of people standing around as I'm waiting 45 min past my appointment time. Didn't see me until I asked. I think they just forgot.

This place has been getting progressively worse since I moved to HT. The lines are very unpredictable and they take forever to fill scripts. Once they DO fill them, they hassle you with calls and VMs. I’m done with this place. Lost my business.

Walgreens is a great store it was pretty damn good employees. I know a few employees from there and they're very hard-working and kind people. It's always a great place to stop if you need an emergency bathroom break. There is always lots of stock in all different items to check out, especially sales!! 🙂

If you like wasting your time, then this pharmacy is for you. If you want to save time for reoccurring prescriptions, then use Amazon Pharmacy.

There are no words to explain this pharmacy…. Go anywhere else. You are on their time and they are never in a rush! I could drop dead before my prescription is ready, they don’t care!

The workers are something else. Your on their time. Had me waiting for 20 minutes to send money I was told he was busy and he will finish my transaction when he done what he was doing.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to fill a prescription for my sick daughter with back issues. After providing them with my new insurance card, they told me that they could not fill the prescription because the computer crashed. They asked if the doctor could call the prescription in again after they already had it for 7 hours. Overall a complete waste of time!

Like using this pharmacy. The drive-thru option is wonderful. They staff is always polite. It can get very busy at times.

It's my neighborhood Walgreens. Never a bad experience here whether it's for photos, prescriptions or just to pick up a few quick items. It's a great place to stay up to date with vaccine shots. The only con is the sometimes long pharmacy drive thru line as others have mentioned. The wait can be long during peak times. Just leave and come back.

The pharmacy is terrible. Impatient and sometimes rude personnel. There are often problems with refills. It used to be nice, they called you if the medicine was out of stock or when they had questions. Nowadays they don't even pick up the phone sometimes. The past 2-3 years have been awful. It is now the customer's job to make sure they have the prescription and will fill it in time. I once called them and was on hold for 20 min so I decided to drive over while still on hold. Got there with about 45 min total on hold time. Three people just sat there staring at computer screens. When I told them I was still on hold, the clerk's reaction: ok? They just don't give a damn. We've been their faithful customers for over 15 years but we are leaving.
