“This store is an absolute DREAM. Whether you want neon signs, buzzing electrical decor, vintage glass eyes (they have tons!), ventriloquist dummies, Victorian jewelry, teeth, furniture, or hard to find delicate antique items, they have it in abundance.
It’s beautifully laid out with tons of surprises and goodies to be found in every corner. The employees are so kind and well versed in what they carry. It’s deliciously creepy in the truly best way. I’ll definitely visit again!”
“Thanks to the people at Chelsea for the fantastic restoration of—yet another—wounded heirloom! Knowing Chelsea will be able to restore virtually anything metal has given me the confidence to buy other people’s wounded heirlooms. Invaluable service.”
“Enjoy coming here frequently. Very nice staff that checks in on you, and helpful. Nice variety. I always walk away with something neat, and put more in my want list.”
“Best flea market within the city limits! No crafts, no hipster jerks standing on the shoulders of giants, nothing boutique or over curated. Just random junk, a crap shoot at finding treasure, the way it should be.”
“I've been going here for a few years now, I love their selection of DVDs and books and how cheap you can get almost new things. They're really affordable and definitely what thrift stores should be priced at.”
“Extremely cool stuff lots of beautiful antiques. Owner gives very fair prices and is the nicest guy ever. Lots of antique jewelry, furniture, paintings from low to medium to high end, frames, and house goods.”
“Cindy, (think that's her name) is the sweetest and has such a cool vibe. I always find the most interesting things in her shop. Love her eclectic taste. I usually buy something small like jewelry or pins with slogans or handmade trinkets. But there's so much more to see here. Come see for yourself.”
“Really nice people who were helpful with a couple of questions. Had an unplanned couple of hours off this weekend, so we decided to wander down here and take a look. What fun! This is a pretty large warehouse with a lot of vendor stalls, some bigger than others, some pricier than others. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but I had a blast looking at everything from antique enamel long-stemmed soup ladles to some um, interesting, um, personal art, to collectibles - I mean, come on, Bionic Woman dolls?! You can find fiesta ware, Pyrex (know the difference between PYREX and pyrex, people), valium glass - wheeeeee!”
“I decided to go to the arsenal because they came highly recommended from some other people I was very happy with my first purchase and will be buying more, they were very helpful and educational and help me decide which shotgun was best for me, I will be purchasing more from them ,no need to go anywhere else, thank you and you have a lifelong customer”
“A venerable shop in Old City. The proprietor greets you on the way in. Lots of vintage, especially bar ware of all kinds. Miles Davis plays in the background providing an authentic vibe amidst 40's, 50's and 60's martini glasses and drink shakers. Even if you are not a buyer, you'll enjoy the visit.”

“Cannot say enough good things about this spot! Great variety of treasures, that are well priced. The owner is so kind, she went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy with my clothing purchase by picking out pieces to try on with it (not with the intention for me to buy) but so I can envision what it would look like with pieces I already owned. She and her dog are such gems! Highly recommend stopping in!”
“Crystal Chandelier Services (Howard, Mike and Steve) have cleaned my chandeliers for over 25 years. Always a fabulous job. The guys are really pleasant, careful, clean and reliable. My chandeliers sparkle when they are finished. A really nice group to work with.”
“Bob is a gem. Such a nice, knowledgeable man who really cares about preserving Philly's architectural history. It's a shame that there are so few salvage places left in the city.”
“I absolutely adore this store. They have a wonderful collection from home decor, jewelry, and clothing. Not only are the products beautiful, but the workers are very genuine people. Every time I come in, I feel welcomed. I highly recommend stopping by.”
“Really interesting selection of antiques, furniture, odds and ends, lighting, and curiosities. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Very cool vibes and a nice spot to browse even if you're not looking for something specific. There are 2 other locations in the city with a lot of other great furniture as well.”

“been to a lot of antique/thrift stores across the US and this is the ONE. you can definitely find something you’re looking for here! i know most of their stuff is mindfully hand picked by different antique “finders” and you can TELL. wonderful for antique holiday decor & the prices are not skyrocketed like you see a lot lately with antique stores.”
“This place is really spectacular. It’s all really luxurious, gorgeous stuff. Such a cool vibe too, and Mark is a very nice guy as well. Walking through was an opportunity to daydream about my future home. Will definitely return, hopefully one day to buy some stuff. I highly recommend visiting.”
“I just got this Louis XVI beauty so needed between my Mother's heirloom chairs, Antique Showcase has it all! The comments here are so stupid ... I have been visiting this store regularly for the last three years, and the owners are an old gay couple. and they have two small dogs. I love what they have, impressive chandeliers, beautiful French mirrors, tables, and chairs, I haven't seen many of these anywhere in Philadelphia. It's an impressive collection. The amount of stuff is overwhelming, they let me roam the store freely, taking my time to look at everything. Because, Ingo to look at the furniture, not to look at them. they are not rude, they engage me in conversation, they ask questions, they talk to me about their pieces, they suggest things, and one of them even makes jokes. I learned they are a gay couple, and they have been together for over 1000 years. They are frankly beautiful Anyway, I don't go to an antique store to visit the owners, I go to look at their stuff and buy antiques. Simple, I suggest you do the same. GROW UP people”
“Stopped in for the first time last week, and I’m obsessed. I could spend hours in this place (pretty sure I did spend hours in this place). Granted I’ve only been once, but I thought we landed in a reasonable place price-wise. Definitely plan to return.”
“This is one of my favorite stores in the area. They have a wide selection, such a variety of coins, jewelry, antiques of all kinds, dolls, memorabilia, collectibles, crystal, glassware, you name it. A lot of history in the items here, it brings you back.”

“This is a great place to find a unique piece of art deco, antique or something of modern influence. I purchased a replacement table lamp. The staff is so nice. Since the lamp has a weighted base. It's on the heavy side. The Manager offered to deliver it. And that kind of service is very nice. They will appreciate your business. And treat you as a valued customer .
I highly recommend this shop .”
“Awesome store, awesome people, awesome inventory! Do yourself a favor and stop in, especially if you're looking for a vintage piece of musical equipment!Stopped in to look at a guitar and stayed 2 hours chatting! Nice to have some good old customer service!!”
“A regal British experience in Downtown Haddonfield: There is no other boutique like it this side of the Thames. Treat yourself to a visit ... The Queen's Carriage is really something special!”
