The store is okay but the pharmacy is awful. My friend had just had major dental surgery and was in agony. Two different dentists had sent in a total of four prescriptions. They only had or could see two so they told my friend to pay for the two and then they would meet her down at the consultation desk, where the issues were discovered. One issue was antibiotics. My friend had had an infection so she still had a couple of days left on the original antibiotic prescription. The surgeon put in an Rx for a second round of antibiotics, which CVS refused to fill. The other issue was there were two painkillers, one that works for her and one that doesn’t. She paid for the one that doesn’t really work for her, so at the other end of the counter, they refused to fill the other painkiller Rx, actually had the unmitigated gall to have the one that she wanted cancelled (!!), AND refused to take back the other drug—even though we never left the counter and my friend had questioned the processing of that prescription in the first place. My friend was in agony and no one behind that counter cared one iota. I wouldn’t recommend CVS at all.

Linda in the Pharmacy said about 3 words to me, absolutely no courtesy or kindness at all. I don’t see why anyone would return to this location.

Getting a prescription filled here was the most stressful and inconvenient experience. The pharmacists are not helpful, uncommunicative, and made trying to get a simple prescription filled a day long affair. I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from now on.

Kevin accused me of lying about what occurred with his pharmacy employee who completely dismissed me without helping me. Lying deceitful location their reviews speak for how they treat their customers.

OMG, so rude!! Never again. I understand the entire medical community is really stressed out, but guess what? We all are. Match my pleasant energy. I did nothing to deserve your huffing and puffing and dismissive comments.

Horrible customer service- it takes alot to irritate me- I'm very understanding especially knowing many places are short staffed but the manager was extremely rude

There's like two pharmacy staff members who are always really nice but besides that there are frequent issues trying to get my own and my child's medications from them...resulting in hours of lost time and financial losses that should never happen. Just go somewhere else if your insurance allows.

I’m not sure about Joan but she kicked me out after I picked up a bouncy ball I didn’t bounce it I picked it up looking to buy it she said nope get out and both of ur friends we didn’t break any rules she needs to be fired there are so many bad reviews abt her she’s the biggest Karen of Haddonfield

Previously, we had a lot of trouble having prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. However, a year or more ago some of the staff changed and since then the pharmacy is a great— the pharmacists and staff are helpful and informative, recurring medications are stocked, and everyone is friendly and pro-actively offers solutions when needed. I’m very grateful to the CVS Haddonfield pharmacy staff.

The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I went in there with my three friends and we went to the beauty isle. I needed to get nail polish and one of my friends wanted to look at the nails. After about 5 minutes in that section, the lady that worked there came out of nowhere and said “are you going to buy anything, because you can’t just be looking around. I responded by saying “we’re leaving now”. I then put the nail polish back and was heading out when all the sudden the lady said in a rude and disrespectful way “didn’t you have something in your hand” I said no and then she kept interrogated me. So I just walked out. I do not know the lady’s name but I feel that she deserves to be FIRED! This is not the first time she has treated me this way. If you don’t mind rude people then this is the place for you.

Not sure if Joan is having a bad day, tired of her job or maybe just does not like people of color. She lacks basic customer service skills. There was no how are you today or an apology or having us wait when no one was at the register. And even when she finally got behind the cash register there was no nothing and not even a hello. Just a very bland and bitter person. Maybe she can use a pinch of salt.
