There is no comprehensive care. This is just one example: Recently, they forgot to test for cholesterol when it was the entire reason for the blood test. Plus, I requested the RX to be sent to Quest Diagnostics. They told me I had to pick it up from their office. However, when the RX was ready, they told me I could just go to Quest as the RX was sent. However, they sent my Rx to the wrong lab and then they could not figure out how to fax it over- I had to leave and drive to their office. Here is the kicker: they now have LabCorp in their own office and I ended up getting my blood drawn there! Also, I had to request an annual test in the first place since my physician doesn’t inform

I used to love this place when Dr Runfola was there. The office staff need to trained on Customer Service. They never return calls and no matter what you do the puck is always dropped to someone else. As of the New Year I will be taking 4 more family members out of this office and me as well.

I am DONE with this place. After completely running out of a critical medication prescribed by a doctor formerly at their practice (so they had all of my info already), they refused to fill. Put me in an impossible spot. I’m given the run around every time I call. This place is not what it used to be when it was a private practice. Will be finding a new primary.

This office has fallen apart. They don’t pick up the phone 9 times out of 10. They don’t call back. Doc did not show up to online appointment, after charging for it. In person after 3 weeks, they make you sign disclosures without seeking them. Finally got a Rx and it took more than one month for this office to get it to a pharmacy. Terrible.

They used to be very good and care about people it now seems all that matters is the money. Very sad. Especially with the retainer thing now. Last visit new doctor wouldnt look at my wife’s file. Or believe what she was saying. So first visit was waste of time& money next day what we said would happen did went back then doctor grudgingly wrote the prescription she needed. Loality is a two way street Redman Ave is one way now!!! Everything I’ve wrote is

This practice was top notch. I have been a patient for 35 years. Unfortunately it was bought out by a corporation and they had the benefit of inheriting all of the clients that the caring doctors of the previous practice cultured. The “office manager” put me in an office and admonished me for questioning why my doctor of 15 years care prescribed the medication I was prescribed. Being on disability/ she had no problem with diminishing me to the point of tears - and even resorted to waving my prescription scripts while saying “doYou want these or not”. Whatever medical right this woman has-‘should immediately be revoked. She admonished me for being there, diminished my medical condition- despite being disabled, and insulted me to the point of leaving in tears. This woman- this practice- these so uncalled professional should be ashamed

Dr. Runfola was the most caring and personable doctor I ever had the pleasure of working with. However, all of that has now been ruined by corporate greed and the practice's ridiculous new "retainer" billing program. What a shame!

I have been shocked by how bad the staff is at what was once known as Haddonfield Family Practice now Jefferson Redman ave. Never get a call back. Not once and a while .... never. Only way to get through on phone is to act as a new patient. Given conflicting information on how to schedule a blood test then given paperwork of another patient for a blood test. Also staff spoke of other patients while I was there. After deciding to leave and asking for my records, told it could take a month to get them. Seeing new Dr. at another practice.

Dr. Vick is a cold, uncaring, and has a poor bedside manner. I went to him most of my teenaged life, and I never felt like he was great, but I also didn't know any different. When I came back to the area after college, and I began going to him again. He wrote off any concern I had and would always say I sounded "depressed." A month after my first child was born, I woke up one more in excruciating pain all over my body. Days went by, and it got worse instead of better. I went to Dr. Vick so confused and scared. The only words he had for me was that nothing seemed to be physically wrong with me and he felt I was making it up so that I didn't have to go back to work to stay home with my son. I was floored. I decided from that day forward, I would never be his patient again. And after becoming my own advocate and making appointments with almost every doctor under the sun, I finally ended up in a rheumatologist office and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Doctors aren't always right, and Dr. Vick was no exception.

I think this was by far the worst experience at a doctor's office that I have ever had. I went to the doctor because I kept choking when swallowing and ended up leaving being told to go to an ENT... without the doctor ever looking in my mouth!!!! Beside that, she was incredibly rude. She truly was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the medical field. I will say that the office staff was kind and courteous and everyone seemed to be working hard. Unfortunately that won't keep me as a patient. My parents, my sister and I will be going somewhere else.

The old Haddonfield family practice was great. The new Jefferson group doctors seem to be very good. However the office is absolutely terrible at returning phone calls - basically, they do not, even though the phone calls are important for someone like me, age 72, trying to find out whether I need a pneumonia shot or a pneumonia booster or not. I have left messages four times and I still have not been called back. The appointments, though, go very well. The practice is very prompt and the staff are very friendly, including the doctors.
