PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. This should be zero stars. I had an appointment about two weeks ago and the vet tech violently shook my cat to get her out of the carrier because she didn’t want to go to her because she was scared. I don’t know the vet tech’s name but she was a very elderly faced “karen”looking lady that the manager kept calling a child, “weird”. Therefore, I reported the incident to the manager Lydia Jones and she was extremely rude, condescending, and she excused me of lying about the entire situation. What would I get from making this up exactly? It’s completely disgusting the way me and my kitty were treated. Then I called and asked to have all my paperwork transferred to a different vet and of-course I was angry and then the same manager Lydia hung up on me,she’s disgusting. The vet tech should be fired for assaulting my cat and she was rude, disgusting trailer trash who never apologized either. The fact that they treat customers like this and are still in business is sickening. I read the good reviews and thought I would have a good experience but it was horrible.

I first went to Dr. Neabore because a friend highly recommended him. I am so glad I was referred to this wonderful, caring, compassionate doctor! My cat Zorro had some challenges with his bowels that are now cured. Recently, Zorro was diagnosed with diabetes. It has been less than a month and Zorro's sugar levels are doing very well. The receptionist and technicians are knowledgeable and sweet. I am just very grateful and feel secure in knowing, I have a caring veterinarian for Zorro.

This entire staff is beyond amazing - from the receptionist, to the vet techs, to the veterinarian's - they all seriously care for the animals with the utmost care and compassion. The veterinarian's are incredibly attentive and quick with creating action plans and next steps. I highly recommend this practice for top notch care for your pets!

Dr. Neabore is absolutely the best vet I have ever had. I agree with other reviews saying wish I could give more than 5 stars! As his patient you receive top-notch, excellent care that feels very personal (love his small office), and all for an extremely fair price. He has performed two surgeries on our family dog with wonderful results, and the attention and follow-up care we received both times was great. He is so patient and answers any questions you ask. He has also seen our cats for checkups and vaccines, and I can say he is amazing with cats too. I almost can’t believe the best vet I’ve ever found is also the one who has the lowest prices. We love the way he answers emails too. He really cares deeply about his patients. staff is friendly and quick to respond answering phone calls in just one ring- no robots! You can’t find better than Dr. Neabore. I am SO glad we found him for our family.

I wish I could give this vet more than 5 stars. I've been having a hard time finding a new vet and I am so happy I found this clinic. Dr. Glass is super thorough, explained everything, and answered all my questions/concerns in the nicest/sweetest manner. The care/information post-appt is just as top tier. She cared for my pup so well and 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Dr. Neabore did a surgery on my dog a few months ago and was so attentive the following days and the surgery went perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better Vet!

We started with Dr. Neabore when he was in Medford. He is so exceptional we followed him to Haddonfield. 40 minute drive for us but he’s that good. Staff is also wonderful and caring.

Aside from the medical care provided by Dr. Glass, she also provided insight into addressing behavioral concerns. The vet tech did a great job assisting Dr. Glass and the administrative staff was helpful and very friendly.Great experience all around.

We cannot say enough about Dr. Scott Neabore. Simply put, he’s a role model for veterinarians: knowledgeable, compassionate, empathic, accessible, and pleasant. He’s helped our family care for our Labrador Retriever for the last three years. We wouldn’t take her to any other veterinarian.

A nice office but owner communication with patients is severely lackluster. Emails me directly after my first visit saying they will send me the results of his hair sample and never get back to me with the result. A test I paid for but couldn’t be bothered to tell me the results came in. For the stool sample they used some confusing 3rd party that I they never told me to expect results that way which made me unaware of them for a month when they could have decided to call or email directly after the results. Could have told me to expect a text from them saying the results were in, but couldn’t be bothered to do that and left me unaware of the results being in. Tip: Don’t email someone saying they will send you the results soon but then never email them the results but instead use a 3rd party you never told them about to send results. Emailing me my results and leaving would have much easier then an unnecessarily confusing 3rd party and that made things harder and take much longer than they had to be.Take him in only after they called me a month later saying they had the results for a month now. Said they emailed and left a voice mail but lied and never did since I checked after they said that and not one email or voicemail. I get there and they tell me I would need to purchase oral medication to treat him and they proceed to take him into the back under the guise of a weight check and then give a shot without telling me. Extremely unprofessional to tell someone they would need to buy medication and then turn around and give a shot without telling the them and never giving the medication they said they would. I only learned this until I called after I had already left to see why they never gave me my oral medication and they told me they gave him a shot. Would have been nice to tell me I wouldn’t oral medication it since they gave l him a shot. Could have said you would do a shot in the first place instead of telling me I would need to buy something but couldn’t be bothered.Communication with owners about their pets health is a necessity but this practice cannot bother to do that. Miscommunication hurts pets, but Dr. Neabore and staff doesn’t seem to care or know how

Extremely underwhelmed by this practice. I had a new patient visit this week and felt very confident going in due to the wonderful reviews and multiple recommendations. However, I left extremely disappointed and am unsure that I will return.I want to be completely fair. The office itself is very nice and well kept. I did not feel rushed or treated rudely. The staff were friendly and very gentle with my kitten. They did ask before doing additional vaccination which I appreciated and gave me a lovely treat bag as I left. Those things are all wonderful and speak to their appeal but do not mean they’re a great practice. Maybe they just had a bad day (although only one other patient was there when we arrived and none when we left).I do not feel that I got my money’s worth nor did I get the sense that I could depend on a thorough exam or quick attention to an emergency in the future as I did not receive a thorough visit this time. What should be more thorough than a new patient visit?I was asked next to nothing about my kitten, far from the battery of questions I’m used to at other vets (ex: food schedule, food type, bathroom habits, heartworm and flea prevention, other animals in the house, indoor/outdoor, anything I may be worried about..).I believe the only questions I was asked were how long I have had my kitten (by the vet tech) and about a specific vaccination (by the doctor). Any other questions or discussions were brought up my myself.I was not advised to bring a stool sample, offered heartworm preventative, or given routine bloodwork which I thought were all standard and are all part of wellness visits at I have experienced in the past. This practice is pricey, which in and of itself isn’t an issue, but definitely is not worth that higher cost. This clinic did not end up being the value that I anticipated and I’m planning a second new patient visit at a different clinic due to such a lackluster experience here.

The county of Camden is very lucky to have Dr. Newborns and his staff. Time and time again he has showed compassion towards not only towards the animals but also towards their owners. We have been going to his practice since they have opened. We never had a bad experience going and has always give his honest opinion. The staff always attempts to get you in as soon as possible. I will never bring my pets to another practice as long as I live within the area.

Having a practice that is honest and fair, and respectful of pets and pet owners. Making decisions about your pets health and well being can be tough, but they have never once not been honest about the best route and are so reasonably priced. I wouldn’t want to bring my pets to another vet. So blessed to have Doctor Neabore as the one to care for our fur babies.
