Had such a great previous experience, and was truly looking forward to this class after such a horrible morning. Zero way of contacting the place for information. No email no phone number. I arrived 5passed and she locked the door.

I came here because my yoga instructor, Eric is here. The space is nice and big so there's plenty of room.

Another favorite small business I frequent weekly. I got hooked on Jaime's Tuesday night Vinyasa class, especially Summer-Jaime. Love attending all of the instructors classes (Val, Allie, Jackie & owner, Alyssa are my top faves). I've met a lot of great people that attend the same classes and get to connect spiritually in such a heartwarming environment. If you haven't checked out this yoga studio, what are you waiting for?!

I have been practicing yoga for almost fifteen years. So grateful to have this yoga community in my own neighborhood! Teachers are wonderful. Clearly they are all very dedicated, and instructional . The space is awesome. I particularly enjoy Jackie’s “ashtanga remix” class. She’s awesome!

A beautiful space to practice almost all forms of Yoga. Ohm has an amazing network of teachers each with a unique style of teaching and energy they bring to their class. I have enjoyed the studio and community for years and am so happy to see them thrive and grow despite some uncontrollable factors along the journey (lousy pandemic). Thanks for truly creating an amazing sacred space to not only practice great asana poses but to simply just BE.

I have been attending classes at Ohm Grown for a couple years now and I am so grateful to have found the studio. Alyssa has created such a welcoming place and community and the instructors are all wonderful. It is not an exaggeration to say that I would not have made it through the last couple years without Ohm Grown. I am moving out of the area and this studio tops the list of things that I will miss most.

This is the place to go for all of your yoga needs-HANDS DOWN. They offer early AM yoga, vinyasa, yin, and other workshops too! OGY has a group of highly trained instructors who will lead the way and make sure you are reaching your fullest space potential. I will usually go to yin on Mondays with Andrea (which is excellent BTW) but I have had the pleasure of also taking classes w/ Alyssa, Jess, Sakinah, Allie, Teresa, & Lauren, all of which are terrific instructors. This is not the closest studio to me, by far, but I go b/c they are very welcoming and nurturing to their students & all who attend. I recently attended a workshop that incorporated sounds (low singing, crystal bowls, & other sound techniques) and enjoyed it w/ the exception of the higher pitched sounds which were only occasionally played. Other than that, the hands on reiki & crystal bowls and the moves were terrific. So special workshops are offered every month if you'd like to try something new. You can go on the app and register for a class like 2 weeks ahead of time or you can even drop in for a class and they can sign you up right there for the class. Drop in classes & passes are available. Passes make it easier to sign up for a class & cheaper too! The studio itself is clean and always welcoming with a pleasant smell. The restroom in the corner is clean. There are many community items that you can use (ie. mats. blocks, bolsters. etc.) if you dont have your own (everyone usually uses everything & brings their mats). I have met some great people at OGY and continue to enjoy my yoga sessions when I go. Kudos to Alyssa & Co. for building such a reputable place where people can go to create their zen.

Segregation and discrimination at its finest - exploiting people’s personal medical records for admittance. You’re better of taking your business elsewhere.

I joined this studio because I'm not from the area, and was starting to feel lost/lonely on the weekends. I was looking for a way to stay active and meet new people. I'm so glad I went out of my comfort zone and joined this studio!! Every time I walk in I'm greeted by name, and like I'm already a part of the community. If you're new to yoga like me, this studio is perfect. There is no pressure, and they often use the terminology "if your practice allows it". I'm slowly getting into a routine, and already bragging to my friends and family about new poses I'm learning and increased flexibility/calmness in my life.

This place rocks. In studio options plus park and zoom classes available. studio classes are limited to provide social distancing and mask required unless on mat and actively practicing. Multiple instructors with different class times and yoga styles available. Slow flow, vinyasa, yin yoga etc. class times from 5 am to 7 pm ! Women and men teachers. Literally everything available in the heart of collingswood. Can't beat it !
