Visited from out of town and stumbled upon this gem of a shop. The inventory was out of this world. I’ve worked in retail for 20+ years, from consignment to luxury small business boutiques and the owner has an eye for cool unique one of a kind pieces. As soon as she caught wind of my style she was incredibly helpful and personable pulling and showing me items that she thought aligned with my vibe. Had a great shopping experience overall and left with a bag full of treasures including a 90s Betsey Johnson mid length dress that’s a rare find. Thank you Denise! I’ll definitely be back again :)

Never ever again. Horrible experience. Downsized from my 6000 sq ft home full of high end designer clothes. She took them all and never gave me a penny. Every time I would call to check, she would say , no, nothing sold. But watch her, she is always wearing different outfits.Hmmmm??!!!

Outstanding customer service in Haddonfield’s bustling retail strand. But the real Star is this reseller’s Consignors. You will not see a more magnificent collection of great fashion in great condition. My last visit just a few weeks ago, I overheard a young woman say, “I don’t know why I keep going to Macy’s when I can just come here.” Truer words never spoken. If you leave empty handed I’d be surprised.The owner is an exceptional Curator who only selects the best things. I walked away with a Patricia Nash leather backpack and a pair of vintage Bakelite-like hoop earrings for just over $100. You’ll find well priced basics like Anthropologie to real Couture. I’ve seen loads of real Gucci, Lauren and Valentino. Handbags to die for; special occasion dresses, SO many jeans, great estate jewelry, and accessories galore. Some of the sassiest hats I’ve ever seen in one spot.Pure Couture understands your fashion jones and fits anyone’s budget. If you’re a little short but have to have it, you have the rare privilege of Layaway at Pure Couture. Not many Consignments afford their loyal customers that courtesy. Another reason to love Pure Couture is the affordable metered parking lot right in front of this fantastic shop.

I left 2 brand new gowns in her care. She says they didn't sell. She donated them but can't tell me where or to whom. Has no receipt of donation that she is willingtoshow. Do not leave your things here. She won't notify you ahead of giving your things away. Not even a courtesy call or text. She doesn't take responsibility for anything. And is shady. She will smile in your face and tell you something different than what is on the back of your receipt. I believe she sold my items and just isn't paying me for them. Don't trust this store. Didn't even care. Once she can't use you anymore her attitude changes. I missed the 2 month period Because I went in for surgery

Worst experience ever!!!!! Listed 8 items including a brand new louibiton shoes. I passed the two month period for picking up because I was dealing with so many stuff and not aware if you miss the period they become property of the store. When I reached out she did nothing to help or be understanding at all nor compensate me for my loss. Would never recommend her nor work with her again. Beyond horrible. The shoes alone were brand new in the box that cost 730$. Absolutely horrible experience and bad way of doing business.

Pure Couture is fabulous in every sense of the word. It’s owner, Denise, has an eye for bringing in incredible merchandise from very high-end handbags, boots and shoes to exquisite vintage items of all kinds. Her jewelry collection is breathtaking, featuring some truly stunning pieces. There’s nothing else in the area that can compare to its unique flavor. Shop local, shop small and shop smart!!!

So many great finds in here and prices are relatively good!! Will definitely be back here again!! There is so much stuff, the building size deceives you, I definitely overlooked some amazing pieces but all the more reason to go back!!

I truly wish there was a place for zero stars Review. The owner definitely does not have her customers best interest at heart. I consigned several things there and many were expensive designers. Unfortunately Covid hit and not only was the store closed but I didn't leave the house. When I did return to get paid for the things that sold or pick up the things that didn't sell the owner said my time was up. She obviously sold them and even had one online but yet refused to give them back or pay for them. some other former customers warned me how dishonest she was but I chose to trust her . Well that obviously was a huge mistake. Please do not consign or shop here. The owner is a THEIF.
