I went in there with my daughter and usually Sheri the manager would be there and everyone would be so friendly. I went in today and the new manager seemed bothered and was not friendly at all. Its a shame that now there seems to be a different atmosphere there now.

Very racist people. The racist lady who attended me and my mother was very rude, throwing me the pen, throwing the money back to us. Her name is KELLY, by the way. From the very moment we walked in, she gave us a nasty look. And remind that we were very polite and we were just trying to cash out our checks. I really don't understand why people are like this. For example, if you don't really like MEXICANS, BLACKS, ASIANS OR ANY OTHER RACE, DONT SHOW IT. At least AT LEAST shows a little bit of respect or have MANNERS. Her name is Kelly. She works up on the counter. He name is kelly.

Teller service is very slow. So, I left before they could help me. In retrospect, it would be faster to drive to the Bellmawr branch.
In your reply, you said assistance beyond the norm. I did not realize that making a cash deposit is beyond the norm. So, you did not address my concern of speed.

Excellent quick service with a smile, and they have the highest CD rates and a coin machine that counts all your coins, and the coin machine is free for kids savings accounts. Very convenient locations, and no ATM fees. This is the best bank in South Jersey and Philadelphia!

Small town bank feel with the same predatory practices as any other bank. Besides the worst banking app ever, the Manager and her assistant are extremely rude. Had me on speaker phone when I first called and refused to look into my account because it was 30 minutes before closing time. There’s a reason these people have had the same jobs for 30 years. They are happy with being mediocre employees with insufferable customer service skills. When I asked to be transferred to the legal team, they transferred me to an elderly woman who was known as “security” since they don’t have a legal team it turns out. Extremely sketchy bank, nauseating management, and all around bad experience. Happy I got my money out of there before they tried anything even more unethical.

By far the best customer service of all the local Republic Bank branches. They make the Moorsetown branch look like a bunch of speds.

I haven't physically been there but I just called with a question and had a great experience. The employee answered the phone before the 2nd ring, she quickly and concisely answered the question, and was very nice the whole call answering such a weird question lol.I've had many many places be extremely rude over the phone so I have to give kudos for having a good phone experience for once. I don't know why but it seems like people just like to be frustrated or rude over the phone so this call to Republic Bank was refreshing for once.

It's just a pleasure to deal with this bank. Never a problem. I'm always telling any one that will listen that they should change banks. My brother introduced me. The best thing I ever did. Republic Bank is the most convenient bank.
