Had a great experience, with this company. Stopped in and they were very knowledgeable, able to help pick a fabric that was a compromise and did exceptional work.

I cannot imagine the bad review someone gave. My experience at The Upholstery Shop has always been excellent. The hardworking proprietor is helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced in her work. I doubt that the reviewer who gave the shop one star knows what he/she is talking about.
