I had a great experience at the Haddonfield post office thanks to Mike. He was professional, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. It's clear he cares about the people he helps, and his customer service really stands out. I'll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service. Thanks again, Mike!

Mike is great! he went above and beyond helping us with a time sensitive issue. After trying to reach the Cherry Hill location several times, we called
USPS in Haddonfield and he picked up helping us every step of the way. Thank you Mike, USPS is lucky to have you!

Terrible customer service! Staff there is beyond rude and disrespectful. One of the employees Eleno was very rude, literally standing not doing anything and refused to help with boxing telling it’s not his job. Worse post office I ever came across! Not the first time that happens with one of their employees! They do be kinder and provide better customer service!

We travel from Center City Philadelphia to this branch when we need to do anything more than drop a letter into the mailbox. No comparison between Haddonfield service and Philadelphia service.

Brain dead and incompetent. They had one job: print out my label and send a package. They manage to print out the label and then lost the package apparently forever. I was told by the unhelpful lady behind the desk that they never received the package even though she was the *same* lady that took the package and printed the label and put the label on a package only for it to disappear. So basically she f***** up and she's trying to make it seem like I dropped the ball. No ma'am. That's a one star review. She argued that there's no record of the package after I printed the label. I did not print the label. I do not have a printer. She printed the label while I watched and then lied about it.The same unhelpful civil servant who lost my package then offered me assistance in filing a claim. Brain dead and incompetent. It breaks my heart that my tax dollars are paying for this person's pension. Your mileage may vary.

I find the Manager and staff at the Haddonfield Post Office very helpful and friendly. We should remember that this post office is only a store front; all deliveries now come out of Cherry Hill, so the Post Office there is where any comments about deliveries should go.

The woman behind the counter Dorise is extremely rude and was not helpful at all! She wasn’t even attentive. She acted nonchalant to my issue. I went to another post office.

Staff was genuinely understanding of my issue, friendly, and helpful! Not great to have to pay for parking though, especially for a quick trip.

I have been lied to multiple times by the woman when she doesn’t want to work. She has even denied me ONE piece of tape in the past. I have seen her be polite to customers in front of me and then immediately change her demeanor when I approach. I now choose to drive to my hometown PO in Gibbsboro where I am always greeted with a smile and willingness to HELP (aka do their job politely) I understand if you don’t want to be there or don’t like your job...if you’re unhappy helping others, find a job that does not require social skills. That simple.
