I called when I was having a problem on the Turnpike and he was so so helpful and then called to check on me as I finished driving where I needed to go. He even told me how best to check if I needed to go to a mechanic or if the car was alright.

Great experience here! I moved to the area recently and needed to find a local mechanic to help me service my brakes, I saw Copsetta had great reviews and saw it was close so took a shot and called. Ron walked me through the issue and explained to be in detail what needed to be done, he also was able to see that my tires needed to be changed also which was unaware to me, so while it wasn’t ideal to know my tires were also wiped out on top of my brakes, i couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job and for a really fair price, and the best part is, it was all completed in a few short hours. Will be coming here for future needs!

New to the area and happy to say we found our mechanic. Ron was quick to return my call and fit my car repair in for the next day. He was great at explaining what was wrong with my brakes and showed me the issue when I arrived.Very friendly and trustworthy!
