This is a very good company.
A couple of years ago, I bought a set of binaural microphones and a bias box from SPI so I could record music gigs I attended (personal use only, not commercial bootlegging).
They worked great, and were much better than the ones I had before, but the only issue was that the in-ear microphones kept slipping out of my ear (usually the right one) - my ears (the right one especially) just aren't the right shape to hold them using the curved clips (especially once I start to sweat and they slip out), it would seem.
Then I discovered they now did an over-ear version, so I ordered a set. They were made-to-order, and from ordering to delivery (USA to UK) it was about two weeks, which is bloody brilliant.
They came in a hard shell case, and they are extremely comfortable and as covert as I could want. They definitely work, and there's no way these will fall off/out.
Now comes the proper test when I use them for a gig I'll be attending later this month.
Great company, very professional, and great communication both pre- and post-sales.

I purchased the Ultra-high gain omnidirectional microphone for Steno writers and am more than satisfied. The sound is better than what my previous mic had been giving me from my steno machine, which was purchased from the steno machine manufacturer when I got my first machine. My order arrived quickly also. This is my fourth purchase from Sound Professionals, and it has always been a great experience. Their equipment is simply the best.

Unfortunately, I've had to reach out to tech support multiple times, but every time that I have, my issues are resolved in no time, and it's always something I'm doing wrong on my end, never the product. I'm extremely pleased with my Zoom kit that I purchased for depositions. My audio is crystal clear, even better than if I was in person. I'm a very happy customer!!!

This is one of those old-school places that actually still has customer support that is not only expedient but extremely knowledgeable. Yeah, so if it costs a few pennies more to buy it here then on some faceless mega-site its worth it.
