Not only did the friendly staff person tell my husband to bring it in, they got the job done before closing. We're forever grateful for the amazing service. My husband works in a warehouse, so in this hot weather, his only reprieve is at lunch in his vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. “BILL! I came in today and had an awesome experience, thanks to Bill. It was a relief to see him at this shop. He does my oil change at the Audubon location. Recently I relocated to Mapleshade and I was a bit nervous to take my BMW truck someplace unfamiliar. My wife suggested that I use the same company but closer location. I was nervous, but happy wife, happy life, right? So I took my wife’s advice and was so relieved to see a familiar face. Bill reassured me that ALL of the mechanics are professionals and we were in great hands. He provided great customer service and consistently checked in with the mechanics to make sure they were doing the best job possible. They were quick and efficient. I was glad to know that I do not have to travel all the way to Audubon now. Thanks again Bill!”

“Omg. This place really saved me. I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light came on and my tire was leaking so much air that I was running out of time before it was completely flat. I pulled up to Mavis in Delran and asked could they please help me because they were about to close in the next 10 minutes. Remy was so pleasant and helpful he came outside took a look at my tired and noticed the thread on my tires was also pretty low. He took my car keys. Pulled up my information in The computer and got right to work. The other staff members was also pleasant.thank you so very much Remy and the rest of the staff for your prompt service to me.”

“Brought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in for diagnostic and repair for numerous electrical issues, particularly turn signals not working and several other issues. Scott was professional, courteous, and understood the issues. He explained the initial cost and what the service technician was going to do. They fixed and repaired all the electrical issues several days before the promised completion date. I highly recommend the repair shop for any services you should need. I will definitely be using them again.”

“I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. Can’t thank them enough!”

“It was serendipitous that I met up with these guys! I was pulling out of a gas station and they were letting me into traffic but then kept pointing at my tire. My left rear tire was almost flat and I was about to go onto the highway. What a lifesaver! If they hadn’t directed me to their tire business, I would’ve been stranded on the highway now. “My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”

“Exceptional! Swapped in a aftermarket heat exchanger on my car over the weekend and was worried I didn’t bleed/purge the coolant system fully. Most places were closed on Sunday and the ones that were open had no idea what I was even talking about. Called up this place and had Chris help me and talk me thru the system, hooked up the ECU diagnostic tool and explained all my numbers and temps and assured me everything was running as should and that there was no air in my system. He got me in short notice and got the car in as soon as I pulled up. I will definitely be back and was one of the better experiences I’ve had going to a shop. Most nowadays have no clue what’s going on and I usually avoid them and do the work myself. I felt like I was in good hands here which doesn’t happen often. 5 stars!”
“Been going to Morgan Tire Service for 40 plus years. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I’ve lived in the area my entire life. However I recently moved ti Cinnaminson. They offered me a ride home if I didn’t want to wait!! And their prices can’t be beat. Especially in this economy. It’s 15 dollars to plug a tire if you pay cash!!!! You can barely get a happy meal these days for that. Keep up the excellent work Harold and staff. It’s just nice to know that true customer service still does exist. Ten plus stars.”
