I’ve had my storage here for years. I must say the staff is always nice and professional. The storage facility is clean and secure. I would recommend A-shelf storage to my family and friends.

Ridiculous no one can ever answer the phone or respond to the after hours message keys not working an no response over 6 hours from paying customer even calling Alex directly is pointless I’ll be closing all my units here

I was treated terrible. My mother passed away and I needed to get access to her storage unit. I looked everywhere in her apartment for her keys and purse and couldn't find them. I really needed to get her will, power of attorney,and life insurance policy and a few of her thing that had sentimental value to me and her grand kids. I am truly devastated 😢. It took me 2 days to drive up from Valdosta georgia. I tried to explain to her she is dead and even called the funeral home while I was there. I even offered to pay her rent for the month of December and she has hell bent on keeping me away from my mother's possession during this difficult time. It bad enough I lost my mother now I lost all her photos of my kids. Child hood memories. I am truly torn up by this.

I’m leaving another review because mine is magically gone. This facility is infested with rats or mice. We stored our stuff here two years and it’s all ruing with rat poop and urine. They we found our stuff ruin in August and we stopped paying. They told us they would be locking us out until we pay them for storing trash that is ruined due to their own negligence. When my husband found the items ruined they told him he cannot use their dumpster to dispose of the ruined items. The last review I left the manager Alex asked me to call me and he was absolutely no help as he never even returned my call. This business needs to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the rudest people you ever wanna deal with. Find another storage place since there’s tons of them around the area.
