I went there to pick up a unit. Always pick up because I'm authorize. Apparently didn't have me as authorized unit. I said to manager it's my phone number and credit card and Id Said my husband couldn't make it. So I said cancel the unit. So got a call back asking for my husband saying it's from the storage place I told him I was just there. I guess they called the number to see if my husband would pick up. So a few minutes later got a message from storage treasures saying my unit was up for next bidder. I called the manager from facility and asked why is my unit up for another bidder. He said cause you said to cancel it. So I replied I'm not authorize to make that decision and he didn't know what to do so he hanged up. Lmao.
I called customer service and it's been a week with no answer. Luckily storage treasures saw my past invoices and gave me my money back. Manager also said I was a fraud. Whoever is responding to this message don't bother giving me the number to call since replies are always the same. Don't need this storage facility there's better ones out there

We stored our possessions here starting in December of 2022, we paid it up until August of this year when we went and found that all of our belonging were ruined and covered in mouse urine and feces. It was disgusting, my husband said he tried to ask them if he could throw things out in the dumpster and they told him no. Now they are holding our things hostage because we stopped paying stating that we would need to pay the balance in order to come and throw all of our things out because they have an infestation. Do Not put your belongings here, unless you like wasting money. Now my family will not only have to pay the balance to try and salvage some things, but we will also have to replace our couches and all of our mattresses because of the disgusting conditions of this facility. If I could giver ZERO stars I would.
