Advance Medical Group gives thorough care and listens to patients. The doctor is very thorough and answers all questions. The nurse practitioners are very nice, very understanding, and very good at what they do. The staff and front desk are professional and helpful. Management listens to concerns and makes sure patients are cared for. The doctor and nurse practitioners are very patient, especially with older or hard‑of‑hearing patients. Patients feel at ease talking to the nurse practitioner who is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The group is praised for being outstanding and for taking the time to listen. Patients recommend the practice because it is friendly, caring, and makes them feel safe and well cared for.
Dr. Ibrahim was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He is the PCP for my Mom who is 96 and hard of hearing but he and the staff are always patient.
