I am astonished at any review above a one star. I was just advised today, January 14, 2025, by one of the employees that, due to their construction plans, everyone with a unit on the 2nd & 3rd floors will have to move all of their belongings out of their units. The representative on site advised me that they were just told this by management. The representative on site was unable to tell me what this time frame consisted of. Anyone who has a unit in this facility is already aware of the horrible conditions of these units and regardless of what the management team says in reply to these reviews, they do not try to work with you and they do not try to better understand the customer's experience. The amount of money that they charge for their storage units is ridiculous considering the conditions that their units are in: The walls are caving in from the unit next to you. There are no fire alarms or sprinklers. This is a safety hazard. And now they are asking customers to vacate their units almost immediately with no prior notification.

I thought this was going to be a decent experience at a storage facility because they gave me a decent intro rate. Lo and behold they crept the price up twice. Mind you, this isn’t a traditional storage facility but a revamped school. So you had to navigate tight walkways and an elevator that may or may not work if you can get someone from the office. The worst part was when I just closed my account they charged me a full months rent for a unit that was empty already. By rights they shouldn’t be allowed to rent it until next month but we all know that’s not going to happen. Good luck trying to ever get a good word about this place from me. Hope the petty foul practice of no prorating bites you. And yes I do take responsibility for being 2 days not cancelling but the unit was empty.

I love this place the price the location is kinda far but it’s convenient clean and safe and the young man that’s always working and there is a true blessing to the place very nice respectful and he ask are you ok or if you need anything very nice ask how my day going and everything if you need a good place to protect your property and it’s not too costly this the place thank you again storage post

I would definitely recommend Storage Post to anybody! The facility is great and very clean, and renting a unit here is super convenient thanks to their online bill pay. I’ve never used a self storage facility as good as Storage Post.

Storage Post made it so much easier for me to move into a new apartment. It was a hassle free experience where I got in and out quickly, and I can access my stuff at any time which lets me finish moving in at my own pace. I’m glad I used Storage Post to relieve some of my moving stress.

My favorite thing about Storage Post is the flexibility they allow with month-to-month rentals. I don’t feel trapped into a super long lease which is great since I don’t know how long I’ll need to store my items.

Storage Post has so many convenient locations, it was super easy to find one near me! It’s nice that I can store my belongings in a place so close to my home and access them whenever I need to.

When I rented a unit with Storage Post, they gave me the first two months for free! I didn’t expect a deal that great, so having that on top of all the other amazing things they offer at their facilities was just incredible.
