“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

“The store owner is really genuine. I lost my phone in phili and had to purchase the stlyo 2 because most locations dont carry the stylo 1 anymore. I absolutely hated the 2. Went to this location to return it and see if they possibly had the Stylo 1. Unfortunetly they didnt but he owned the Stylo 1 . So he gave me his !!!!! I was so shocked and grateful.
