Really sad. No professionalism. No honor. No respect. Received a B'day card ever so carefully sliced open on top. Turns out the card had contained some lottery tickets. I guess you needed the money or something, and heck, I even hope you won! Because remember this, you are being replaced by some AI robot in the very near future.

This place is a nightmare. Went there to inquire about my package. Someone in the back said, “This place looks like Christmas threw up here.” I went to the counter and asked about my package, nonetheless. Lady said the system is down and she is unable to tell me anything about my package.
Read the other reviews and if you still decides to use this service, do not say you were not warned. I just cannot understand why it’s still open. Why are our tax dollars being wasted here. These people obviously do not care about their jobs, much less our packages.
This place is a joke!!!!! Do not go there or use their service. Leave them to walla in their own self pity.

My mailman Agit and the post office employee Marsha went all the way to help me with getting my package. I missed the delivery and went to the post office to check if it's still possible to pick it up the day before 4th July. Marsha called Agit and he came back to my house second time and delivered the package. I'm truly grateful both of them for getting my package on time. It's a pleasure to deal with professionals, the people who literally would run an extra mile to help the customers. Thank you again.

the lady in the post office called me a scam artist bc the labels did not match the dimensions and weight of the box. They were computerized through a third party that had the correct information but did not provide the correct postage. Don’t understand how that makes me the scam artist but cool, going to a different post office 😋

I have been trying to get a resolution for packages they delivered but didn’t scan upon delivery, in their own words the label wouldn’t scan so they left them with the customer. The tracking shows it hasn’t been delivered but they say they have delivered it. They are unable to provide me with sufficient proof of delivery and the customer claims they never received these packages. The customer filed chargebacks for all 4 missing packages, totaling a loss of over $1,000 for my small business. I have been calling back and forth for over 2 weeks with no resolution. All I’m asking for is for someone to contact me and give me a straight answer on what happened to these packages. I was told today 1/14/25 that a manager would call me back after their conference call at 2:05pm and I never got a call back from anyone. If I get an answer and a resolution I will change and update my review. As of now, I am extremely unsatisfied and will be contacting the attorney generals office and my local police next to file reports.

When I went here on Tuesday, I was surprised to see the workers very friendly, nice and helpful. After reading the low reviews I was a bit afraid, however, the 2 women working there were amazing and very helpful!!! They make it so easy for everyone!!!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! I received another package today that was clearly opened. They have taken my return packages and never actually delivered them to point of return. Don't trust any of them.

I Paid for expedite 2 day shipping for an important package. The tracking shows the item was not delivered until a month later. I went to inquire and was told to get my money back I would have to go to another facility because the main supervisor is on vacation. And the supervisor that is there is not authorize to give back refunds. So know I have to wait 1 week for my money and I still don't know why the item was delivered 1 month later.Update: I received my refund. Thankyou.

I visited this place Tuesday the 11th of April 2023This place has loads of good customer service representative. The Rep that served me was a tall gentleman of bright complexion with a name id that begins with the letter (Eu.) he was on point with his service, I only wish a lot of bad Reps could see this man in action and copy how he serve his customers.Also another personal came out to assist customers who were in line just to do simple drop off and such.Nice place I have been there on more than one occasion and the atmosphere is the same.Keep it up good job
