Completely unacceptable behavior at this Walgreens.
My mother came in for a passport photo and was treated with shocking disrespect by a Hispanic woman, approximately 50–55 years old with black hair. This employee didn’t greet her, didn’t say a word—just coldly motioned with her hand for my mother to follow, as if she were summoning a dog. Then she tapped her own face instead of simply asking my mom to remove her glasses. Not a single word of basic courtesy.
When the photo came out terribly, my mother understandably commented on it, and the employee snapped, “Don’t say it’s horrible,” in a tone dripping with attitude and entitlement. She clearly knew how unprofessional she was being—her name badge was conveniently turned around and hidden the entire time. That speaks volumes.
If this is the kind of staff Walgreens hires, it’s embarrassing. There was zero professionalism, no respect, and absolutely no accountability. We’ll be filing a formal complaint and expect a follow-up—either an apology or compensation—because this kind of treatment will not be tolerated.

Waited to be serviced through drive through for more than 15 minutes. After 10 minutes Pressed call button and twice was told to wait. Spoke to pharmacy manager after waiting 15 minutes and he was not much help at all either. Terrible store/ pharmacy. Terrible customer service.

Somehow there's always a line. The cashiers are among the least friendly I've interacted with. They don't even exchange basic pleasantries. +1 star because I had to make a return once, something I had never done before at a drugstore, and they made it an easy process.

Horrible customer service. The staff opens or comes backs late. It happened twice for me. Morning and after lunch. Also in 3 different occasions the medicine I needed was out of stock ?

Slowest pharmacy ever. Especially their drive up window. Expect to wait for 1 prescription at the minimum of 20 minutes.

Every time I come here is always busy. Unfortunately, it is just one person on the register who handles the cashier and FedEx. Justin was under pressure and managed to get my business done and professionally. But coming to Walgreens is such a horrible experience that I would rather pay somewhere else 3x more than deal with the quality speed of Walgreens.
