I decided to use Columbia Self Storage because it’s local and it’s clean and the units and grounds are kept immaculate. This is probably due to Patty the manager who helped me with my rental and numerous questions. She made the whole process, effortless and very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place and Patty.

I was very happy with my experience at Columbia Self Storage. We rented for 10 months during a home sale. The site is well designed, clean and affordable. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing bad to say.

The gentleman at that counter was beyond kind and gracious and helped me when I was in a tough spot with a closing in a house that went all kinds of wrong. Thank you! I just had a very sad call with Columbia storage (Matt). A family member of mine has used their storage for years. My family member was recently diagnosed with an illness and we needed to cut costs ASAP. Our payment comes out on Saturday July 8th per the rep on the phone but they would not extend it one more day Sunday for us to July 9th. I am in the military have duty on Saturday and could make it on Sunday to move. They said there was no exceptions and they would charge us the full month with no pro rate. I understand you are running a business we have been a customer for years, this is no way to treat people. I will not be recommending this place moving forward.
