I have been a loyal customer for many years and this past winter I ran out of propane. I had to wait 1 week to fill my tank. I called multiple times to ask when I was going to receive my propane because it was freezing in my house. I was talked to rudely and at one point I was hung up on. I also did not have any hot water. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and I am still waiting.

In a world where good customer service is hard to find these days these two gentlemen from the Hamburg, New Jersey office restored my faith and provided me with superb customer service. They are kind, caring people who care very much about their jobs and their customers well being, which translates to a very happy customer!

They made the delivery, yesterday, which I was happy about.
It would have been nice to know, since I wasn't home at the time of delivery. There was no receipt left, nor any note.
I called the office and they told me that probably his handheld device that prints out a receipt, probably wasn't working or the receipt blew away.
That isn't my problem, a note saying a delivery was made, would have been the way to go.

I have never had a problem with Ferrallgas, until this past month delivered to wrong tank, and took forever to come off my account.

Absolutely horrible. I call for a refill when the tanks are at 25% and then it consistently takes them TWO WEEKS to deliver the propane. That is a ridiculous amount of time. My neighbors tell me their companies are delivering in two days. On top of that, their prices are super high. And they’re not a local company. When I call customer support I get some generic call center and they do nothing for me.

Ferrell Gas SUCKS. Their prices are outrageous. Their customer care is the worst. You cannot contact the local office. I am glad I am dropping them.

I just want to say a special thank you to your delivery guy Carmelo Carabello. I met him a few times when my mom had work done over in Stillwater Nj. A real gentleman. My mom was not feeling well and in the hospital. Carmelo went above and beyond to make my mom’s delivery. He actually dug a path in the snow yo the front door . Thanks again Carmelo you should be recognized and thanked. Good man . God bless you.🙏

Wow I have been using Ferrellgas for 13 years and never had an issue until today. Apparently I was late on a payment so they dropped my auto refill. I called and they told me that if I give them $100 they can come in 48 hours. I explained to them that my kids dad had been dying since June from cancer and finally passed away on NYE. I explained how cold the house was since Sunday and they refused to budge on the timeline or the fee. They asked me if I was getting the bills. I explained that taking care of my children was more important at the moment since their dad DIED! They have no heart because they have you by the balls when you are cold.

Called because I smelled gas from the tank at the new house we bought. Sent out a tech who told me they thinks it is the regulator. Hands me a 366.00 bill and says they have to have a tech come and repair it on top of that. To be clear I do not own the tank nor the equipment. I will be having the tank removed if they expect me to pay to maintain their faulty equipment.

4 year customer. Had a leak on my stove and the fire department turned off gas lines to the house. Called Ferrelgas emergency. Serviceman arrived when no one was home so he checked the exterior lines for leaks, greenlit it, never turned gas back on for the house, and I was secretly charged $350 without being notified of the cost beforehand. He called trying to have someone let him in, which Ferrelgas then twice denied their technicians are permitted to do interior work.In order to get another technician out (not allowed to turn your tanks on yourself) they required my $350 payment before scheduling. This new technician was great and determined that the issue was the regulator, ran tests with me to ensure it was working properly, and opened the lines.I do not recommend using this company but have no experience with others.
