They don't have good coustmer service skills. They are not very friendly. Waited over a week for a rental and was told someone new handled my claim and did it wrong.Promised a car the next day . When I showed up they didn't have it.

We have rented several times through this location and it's always a pleasure. They pick up and the Staff is so great and accommodating. Kelsey is a great asset to enterprise. So much better then at the airport now
