Every time you need to talk to a live person at the bank. It is impossible. You are forced to either make an appointment or use their application. I remember years ago you never had any trouble getting a live person. Times changing… it has been 2 days and Wells Fargo has not even contacted me yet about this post.I guess that they really don’t care!!!This is a generic email response:One of our representatives will review your email and respond, as appropriate, within seven business days.It must take time to get someone who has nothing better to do than take care of upset customers…..,

Been with Wells Fargo 20 years in CA always helpful and knowledgeable , now very friendly tellers no disrespect but no one there tells you the same thing the training must be bad and the Manager is one of the rudest people I’ve seen in a long time . I am looking to move all my accounts elsewhere .

I had always gone to Chase my whole life since high-school and when I met my husband I was weary of him using Wells Fargo. We set up a meeting with Cassandra to discuss saving plans and future endeavors. She was so helpful and real with us and gave us a recommendation on how to save on car insurance which helped out household out a lot. She was extremely kind, and paid close attention to details. Thank you Cassandra!

after almost 40 years with Wells Fargo I'm calling it a day, these people could care less if you do business with them. the place is empty and when ever you need help they just tell you that their to busy and to just go online to do your banking, the Hamburg office is the worst

As with most banks has one atm, and for it's size only needs one atm. Good staff very helpful. Been going to this bank since it was Wachovia.
