Scheduled a BOGO (buy one get one) oil change at the Route 33 Midas. The manager and technicians were helpful. They took my truck into the shop on time. After an hour I checked to see how they were doing. The technician seemed to be having a problem. He had the dip stick out and was adding oil and checking the level several times. I asked the manager and he assured me all was well.
I went home and then drove the truck to do some errands. On coming home I noticed oil drops and small puddles of fresh clean oil on the driveway. The next day I took the truck back to Midas. They checked the car removed the engine cowl and clean the residue oil.
When the oil change was completed the previous day the technician did not clean the sprayed oil emanating from the incorrectly installed oil filter.
Seeing the quality of their work I will not frequent Midas, nor will I take advantage of the Buy One Get One coupon. The oil change was more expensive than other options. The BOGO would have been a good deal had the work been done correctly the first time.
I hope they improve their quality control.

Service was good. Only small detail was omitted. Front desk rep did not tell me how long service would take.

I went there on 6/25 /2024 major issue was break they charge me but didn’t put new next day I went again the guy shawn he was abrasive and abusing me and saying go outside of the shop I paid 905usd just for AC condenser. The owner reply on my feedback but didn’t hear anything back just reply on my feedback .

Talked with shawn on 6/25/2024 , check the ac and change the oils and break , he repair the ac change oil , break he charge for new but didn’t put new one he fix old one charge me $955 just for condensor when went there and ask explanation he just start to misbehaving.
And he said the break is life time gaurntee you can check with any midas. Now he don’t want to listen.
Beside he was asking me 50usd cash or card I said why he said you have to pay me this.

Generous with coupons but the customer waiting experience was horrible. The store location was filthy, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and my feet stuck to the floor. I decided to be uncomfortable and sweat outside inside of waiting in such an uninhabitable place.

Extremely friendly staff took me in for a Tesla tire repair after having been turned down by multiple other tire shops that told me they don’t work with Tesla’s. My tire would go virtually flat whenever i was parked and they didn’t hesitate to help out and get me out the door within a few minutes. Very grateful for their work

they are so rude specially the old man there !

I needed to change my engine air filter and was not sure how to do it. I stopped at Midas and asked for help. The mechanic did it so fast that I was shocked. Now I know where the filter goes and how easy it is to replace. Thank you guys so much

This Midas is a great location, I had an emergency situation with my car and turned in there , the man Pierre helped me and was very professional and polite, he a was able to diagnose my problem and get me on my way in an efficient and timely manner.

Do not buy tires here it’s trap they tell you they have warranty on them but when you go they said this doesn’t cover warranty or you don’t have warranty
