“Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday.
The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street.
After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to.
I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.”

“I am a single mother of 2 boys, and times are not that good for me rn. My car was turn off, and I didn’t know what was going on, and my car is the only way I can get to my two jobs. On Thursday’s 11/06 I arrived at this location recommend by my cousin. He said they are honest ppl there and they won’t rip you off. So I when and explained what was going on. They checked the car and realized some issues. And I also had no oil. They were so professional and super kind. Took care of me and honestly fix my car. I am grateful to them. When it was time to pay they told me it was ok. I was very moved and grateful. At the end my car only needed an oil change. Lol I was so embarrassed. But grateful. They are honest and kind ppl. “If I have a tire problem I go to Ruch. The prices are fair and they know what they are doing. They aren’t there to overcharge. If you need just a plug, they won’t try to sell you a tire. You need a tire, they are going to tell you so. Had to go yesterday for a flat, walked out with two new tires, fair price, and they did everything quickly. Highly recommend them.”
