The owner is dishonest! He’ll speak nicely while providing excuses and deny your experience of having spoken to their staff in placing orders. Most times they do not get prescriptions ready and delivered when they promise. They call and delay and delay up to a week, eventually stating they don’t have what they need to complete the order. They should have known that when they shared the delivery date! In the meantime you run out of the medication. If you want a pharmacy that works on integrity you may want to look somewhere else.

So far I am in love with the customer service here!!! I have the sweetest and most prompt tech ever!! 🗣️Miss Lanae, she is always available when I call to explain everything to me and answer any and every question I have with ease!! I’m a rookie at this IVF thing and medication and so I have a million questions sometimes, being that meds are a very critical part but thanks to Alexander’s Pharmacy and Lanae, my worries are few 🤗#IVF STRONG #I LOVE IT HERE ALEXANDER’S💕

Prasad was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me with fertility med prescriptions and pricing. He clearly cares about the patients he works with. The pharmacy’s pricing for fertility meds was also the lowest I found after getting price quotes from 8 different places!

I wish I could give this pharmacy more than 5 stars! I’ve worked closely with Prassad and have nothing but positive things to say about him and how he has treated me and my pharmaceutical needs. All of my orders are timely and he always goes above and beyond to look for cost saving options. This is my preferred pharmacy and I undoubtedly recommend!

Our experience with this pharmacy has been exceptional, contrary to some of the negative reviews. They went above and beyond to make our IVF journey smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Retika, who was always available to answer our calls and address any questions we had. Her dedication and support were invaluable. We are truly grateful to have worked with her and the entire team. Highly recommend!

This is the best phamacy if you are looking for Ivf meds. They are committed to working in favour of your wallet. This is the second round I am doing and got everything for reasonalble prices compared to orher pharmacies. Every person I talked to was very respectful .

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I needed an expensive medication that was difficult to find and they were not only able to find the medication but also to quote me a price that was lower then all the previous qotes I had gotten.

I have never been assaulted and disrespected by a AllegedProfessional. I will not go into what the issue was that prompted the Pharmacist to call me stupid and dumb. But never in my 51 years have I’ve ever been spoken to so badly.Not only was I disrespected and verbally abused by one of the Pharmacist. The other two held no accountability for what the issue was. Neither did anyone apologize. What did happen was they asked me to leave after calling me a liar.Again, I will not go into details. After this incident I felt compelled to take additional steps in regard's to this matter. As a quick solution to be sure that there was no lapse in my medication; I have transferred to another Pharmacy.Not only have I transferred but a total of ten of my family members have transferred. Respect and Good customer service goes a long way. But to call me a liar and to still not have my medication two days later after you said you ordered it was ludicrous.At this point the disrespect was so shocking and appalling I am still shocked. Then to have the Indian woman call me a liar, ask me to leave after charging my insurance already for the medication I never received was nuts.The absolute ONLY person who wasn’t disrespectful was the cashier. And I actually felt she was afraid of losing her job. I wish her well with her employment endeavors.Alexanders Twin Pharmacy Owner and Staff please no need for a rebuttal. Although, eventually I will forgive I will never forget. Thank you for showing your true self.I honestly believe that Professional CEU’s are needed for The Code of Ethics. Because not one person outside of the Cashier has self respect or respect for the consumer. The ONLY respect they have is for the MONEY.
