Absolutely horrible, rude and disrespectful customer service. Syed was so rude, unhelpful unwilling to try to properly assist me and my parents with an issue with their phone. He wasn't trying hear us out and just tried to push a new phone on us. This person does not know the meaning of what customer service is and just up and walked away when we were trying understand / find out the root of the issue rather than just getting a new phone. The "manager" also had no clue what was going on and offered no solution or tried to help when we tried to talk to her about the fact that he was being rude and unhelpful. This is an abysmal display of customer service. ATT needs to do better because this is absolutely ridiculous and a clear example of how staff was trying to take advantage of less knowledgable and older citizens that may not be as technically inclined.

Syed was great - he's been helping my family and I for years! He greeted my daughter and I as soon as we walked in the door and took care of us right away! He is very knowledgeable! He is great at what he does!!

Excellent customer service! Julian White, manager, was there and assisted his team when they requested. They were technically savy, and the perfect plan was chosen for me. Definitely referring others to this location.
