I am from out of town and my phone would not charge and I needed my gps to get back home. I frantically walked in the Mays Landing store and Daniel was BEYOND, I can’t emphasize BEYOND enough, helpful! I was assisted (with a smile and jokes) right away. My situation was resolved and I was on my way in under 45 minutes.

The Mays Landing retail AT+T location, Yhr rep did solve my problem with that was to get a new phone number cause of the previous phone I thought was still valid but the phone number i transferred from another company, got suspended by the other phone company due to A billing account dispute, the communication between the national network and the local retail location needs to be improved, the national network customer service is not very cooperative with their customers

My experience at at&t was excellent. My salesman (Brian)was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. Once he heard what my problem was, he immediately began to inform me on ways that I could solve it. He even gave me a great price on my new phone.

Audra at the Mays Landing, NJ AT&T store is amazing. She took care of complicated issues I was having with a smashed phone/multiple devices/trouble verifying/etc., all with a smile. Employees like her are hard to find. I've been an AT&T customer for a long time. Audra stood out even with all the employees at this location being nice and professional. They are an active part of the community. The kid drawings from a local school visit were adorable. They had fun gift offerings nicely decorated. Turned into a fun visit instead of the chore I thought it was going to be. Thank you!

Daniel's knowledge of the AT&T world is immense. He helped my family move to the First Net plan quickly with ease. Along with upgrading my crappie iPhone to the more superior Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I wanted to hug him about 4 times during my visit. But my wife would have been mad at me.

My husband and I visited this store to buy a new phone. And so glad that we did!
Gabriel was so helpful! He told us of a certain discount that we qualify for which saved us over $ 500. He also explained everything about our plan and how we can upgrade in the future. He explained about other AT&T services, that we could use. Great place to visit, nice laid back atmosphere and we will use this location next time when we need service or upgrade.
