Had a great experience at Galloway AT&T on Saturday Feb 11. Richard Gibson & Latrell were very helpful and looking to get best deal done for me. They gave me great advise on plans and how to save best bang for your buckWent back following day Sunday Feb 12 so my son could get a new phone. Had total opposite experience. Knew I should have turned around. We had pleasure of Michael Malore. Michael keep pushing his pitch about direct TV. I let him know I had no interest numerous times. Had a lot of issues previously with AT&T Direct TV. His response was “we are taught to get three no from customer”. I asked for his supervisor. Told me he can’t give out there number.I applaud Richard & Latrell for their customer service.

Stopped in to replace a broken phone.Was told I would save money switching to a business plan,and adding a line I don't need. First bill is over double what I was paying, and now have to spend MY time and energy fighting to restore everything back, and will be stuck with over $200 for service I didn't need or want. Just saw another review that was similar, and that they are a 3rd party store, so I will probably have to go to MaysLanding to get resolution.Will update. .

This store is nothing but a headache. They will increase your bill sign you up for things without explaining clearly and you will have to go to Mays Landing to straighten it out because it's a third party not a corporate store. Don't even bother.

The store associate Lily was very attentive and showed genuine concern, pertaining to my issues. She diligently brainstormed and gave me three different solutions, fast. She's funny too and was very polite, with a great personality. Lily delivered grade A service and made me want to continue being an AT&T customer when I was overwhelmed and thinking about changing carriers. Excellent job Lily.

My iPhone screen died Friday night. Went to the ATT store first thing Saturday morning . Got the new 14 Pro , service was professional, intelligent and had me on my way in under 40 minutes.Thank you !

I had numerous discrepancies with customer service when I called to add an extra number to my iPhone. Long story short, I visited the store in Galloway and was met by Latrell, a sales representative. I explained my problem to him and in less than 10 minutes he had the issue corrected! Not only is he very knowledgeable but he also delivered excellent customer service. Latrell us an asset and he is the reason I will continue to do business with AT&T!

All I'm going to say is if you have an iPhone please go to Apple. The man that helped me yesterday was not helpful at all. I went in because my phone was not turning on at all after previously being fine and it's only a month old. I had a warranty and I was told to call the warranty company. Mind you the man that was working there gave me his own personal phone which I wasn't comfortable with. I called the AT&T warranty people and was on with them for 15 mins. All for them to tell me I had to go to Apple. Then I waited another 15-20 mins for the man who was helping me to come out of the back room. A month prior I went in because my old phone wasn't turning on. So they sold me a new phone. The reason I'm saying always go to Apple is because nothing was really wrong with both of my phones. All they needed was a hard reset. AT&T Truly just wanted their money and wanted me to purchase a new phone instead of being Apple to fix it for me.

Had a lovely experience upgrading phones at the Galloway NJ location. Our representative was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Louis went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns.

Michael helped me out tremendously when buying my new phone as well as transferring all of my information on to my iCloud!! The only thing I was a tad bit disappointed about was that Michael said my phone color was black but it looks a little bit like a blueish color. Other than that everything was great and I received the type of help I needed!!

First and foremost just to put this out there that I have been a customer with AT&T for almost 20 years. That being said Latrell Towsendat should be recognized for his outstanding customer service skills that he provided. He answered every one of my questions that I had with absolute confidence and certainty. I purchased new iPhone 14 pro and I’m very satisfied with the product. I would have settled with an older model but he explained the differences and improvements with this newer model and was very informative. Individuals like Latrell are the reason why it makes things so much simpler and relaxing to still interact with the face to face business model and not just online. I thank him for being very accommodating and also humble and friendly to me and my children while they were also in the store with me. If you didn’t already have it in your minds to promote this young individual then you better start to make him more of a valuable asset to your company because when you lose employees like him that is when your company suffers. Thanks again Latrell and best of luck on your future with AT&T.
