I was desperately in need of brow assistance (drawing, shaping). Was always hesitant to go into a beauty supply to have them show me.I met with Kelli today and what a pleasure.
Friendly, knowledgeable...one of those people that could start a conversation with just about anyone. Ulta is lucky to have her!

As you can tell, the reviews, don't lie. Alyssa I met for the first time after having Nano brows that didn't stay through the summer and needed some shape for a touch up period I haven't had waxing done in years only threading in Pennsylvania. I was struggling to find somebody local who who didn't have to laminate, to make my brows look good. Not only is alyssa's customer service top notch.She is so sweet and really cares.She took her time, didn't rush anything! My brows had nothing on them and came out awesome, even with a little wax or gel. To keep them study, they even grew in beauty! Shes so sweet and has excellent demeanor with customers!😘🤩

I had my eyebrows done at Benefit and they look amazing. My husband said did you do something different. I thought it was so sweet that he noticed. I highly recommend getting your brows done here!!!! ?

Jonique is terrible! Her attitude is bad and she doesn’t appreciate her customers. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to her and think they should take their business elsewhere!

Jonique is a wizard! As a blonde, I've never professionally waxed my brows because I thought it didn't matter - I was so wrong. She asked great questions to make sure the result matched my aesthetic preference and the amount of effort I want to put in daily. She also helped me color match a brow pencil after years of getting the wrong color! Genuinely can't recommend enough.
