First of all, the workers don't help at all. When you ask them a question, they simply don't give explanations or enough information. They dont pay attention and give wrong info which is why I had to make a return. Most of the workers were on there phones. Poor service.

Im a loyal Best buy costumer but yesterday I went to the Mays Landing location to buy a speaker I told him that a buddy of mine just bought the same speaker the previous day and they honored a price match this guy said he couldn't do that I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager and walked away I immediately called Best Buy costumer service and they honored it.The so called manager didn't even try if he really was the manager that is just horrible costumer service

Went to purchase stylus tips. It was greeted by staff at the door pointed in the right direction, but unfortunately, the story didn't have them. I'm not empty handed, but step yourself for me. The store was clean and organized overall C visit.

I haven't been to Best Buy in a very, very long time. But I was in need of an audio cable so I could play music from my phone in my car. And I decided to go to Best Buy and I found what I needed and it was under $10. I was very pleased.

Whatever is on the website and says available might not be available in the store.
You make up time to go get it but one of the biggest chains can’t update the availability online

I came in to get help to see if the geek squad could help fix a phone screen but they couldn't. Went around the store, I wish there was a TV screen to try to play the Nintendo switch for a better experience, same for the portable PC systems. Also this is just me but I kinda wanted to be left alone and not be greeted every time, whether I'm browsing or doing something.
