If I could give zero stars I would. I paid almost $500 for a computer repair that ended up wiping the device completely. $500 would be acceptable for same day service, but a month? Unacceptable. I can’t even speak to someone at the store and keep getting directed to their global customer service. Best Buy, do better.

Honestly depends on what you are going in for. Sale staff is friendly and well informed, and they have a good variety of electronics. But I went in hoping to get a small fix done on my old laptop (a missing key), was told they couldn't touch it without an in house warranty or coverage. They redirected me to another service, which would have been helpful if that service had not themselves redirected and ignored me. Would have been a complete waste of time other than my picking up a $12 external keyboard as a temp fix. Won't return for repairs, but will return for equipment.

A few years ago we bought a Samsung refrigerator with an extended warranty when some of shelves cracked Samsung and Best Buy didn’t stand behind this product. You can’t even get a hold of corporate you get transferred to the Philippines

I went in to buy a phone , not enough floor workers at all which was extremely annoying, got to the check out and was met with a young lady by the name of “Rosita” who smiled the whole time and was extremely nice , only reason this is getting 4 starts , other than that the store is horrible

Purchased a car starter for my girlfriend at the mayslanding location at a decent price which included installation. Cool. Couldn’t get it installed for a month after purchase. Ok. She drives there to have it installed and they tell her there is no proof of purchase or a phone number they have the purchase under. I gave them everything email, phone number, purchase date and even offered a bank statement for the purchase. Long story short they find the purchase 2 hours later after she had already left and offered to have it installed 2 weeks from now. Didn’t offer anything to us for the problems on their end. Just all around horrible. Dont purchase a car starter from here not worth it.

Do not get your car work done here. The kid that works in install bay ruined my car wiring, told me to take the car to dealership because my car already had the issue. I had the remote start installed here few years back by the guy name Brandon. I involved the managers and thankfully they had Brandons contact info and had him looked at my car to fix the issue. He was the best of the best with remote starts , audio, amps etc. New kid is an idiot, idk who hired him.
