I had a very bad experience at this BJ’s with a manager called Michael.
He was upset, mean and very rude because he was called twice to the register during the transaction.
He was at his office I guess “resting” and was bothered by the teller calling him to help her with the transaction because the register was frozen.
He was talking to me with a bad attitude.
Will never go back here again.

Exhausting to walk through and some items are hard to find due to poor signage. However, there are a great bakery and deli area as well as a nice selection of organic and non-organic produce. Great for big families.

Pros: good prices on cold cuts and fresh baked rolls from the bakery section. Online ordering is very convenient. Propane tanks refills are cheaper than buying prefilled tanks.
Cons: Poor customer service at checkout. Regular groceries and produce are hit or miss where pricing isn’t much of a good value when places like ShopRite and Acme have sales going on. Sometimes ordering Costco thru Instacart costs less even with the delivery charges.

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Whenever we come here it’s always dirty it looks like they never clean. If you’re coming here just to use the bathroom, DONT.

It’s okay here and convenient for snacks for my kids. I will say staff is kinda snarky, rude at times. My app read an error code when I went to put in my express pay payment. The screen got stuck on scan then it said error. I then saw my bank app pop up saying the fund were taken, I then looked for my receipt on the BJ app and it was nowhere in that moment. Having just spent a lil over a hundred I got nervous went to the front for help. I asked a woman for help, she froze up, then a man said your good it’s showing it’s there now, he helped me click into it. Then this woman with short blonde hair gave me a nasty look, and the woman I originally asked started looking at me laughing in my face basically calling me an idiot without saying it. I don’t think she realized I had an error code but this woman needs to learn to not have any opinions of people when working in this field cause things happen especially with apps and it’s not an employee place to try to make a customer feel like an idiot. Anyone that got that error code would have asked for help so I may have to find another Bjs to move on to because I don’t want people making me feel bad for asking questions as this woman did. She had nasty mean energy.

Whose bright idea to put shopping carts a mile away? Not one cart conveniently located up front? If this is the new policy then Costco gets a new member! Employees just standing around talking while senior and handicap people walking to far end of parking lot. Disgrace!

Absolutely the worst bjs ever no customer service what so ever 2 occasion I went and both where terrible experience 1. Time the sales representative approached us eating a bag of cheese doddle talking while chewing 2 time I went to purchase a tv the rep saids she not willing to help us because its 945 and she getting ready to go home unbelievable I will cancel my bjs. Membership and go strictly. To cosco where they know how to treat there customers

I bean a member of this place so far a happy customer not anymore use to be a place the i can save some money to keep going not anymore prices are out of control i use to pay $16 .00 for eggs. There. 3 weeks ago now they whant $26.00 for the same eggs .we need to do something i going to stop eating eggs i can't afford them for my family cofee i use to pay $13.00 now is $16.00 come on. Please
