Very Nice people over the phone and in person. The mechanics kept me updated every day via rhetorical text with option to call for questions. I loved that I was able to pick up my rental at the same time I dropped off my vehicle. They fixed both of my passengers and restored them to appear brand new. I am so glad I had this opportunity through my insurance, It makes sense why they were recommended by a major insurance company like Geico.

I had a great experience getting my car back to same condition at Caliber, Mays Landing! Rashaan greeted me on first day and took time explaining me the damage details, repair process and time it will take. He was very pleasant and professional to speak to. During the repair, I was kept updated. The front desk lady was also very helpful whenever I called. I appreciate Caliber making sure my car gets the right parts. My car looks great and Rashaan walked me thru the details of all repairs done when I picked up my car. Thank you Rashaan for the exceptional service and Caliber for the job well done! I recently had my 2017 Ford F-250 repaired at Caliber Collision in May, NJ, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and committed to quality service. They kept me updated every step of the way and completed the repairs on time, and the results were outstanding.
The bodywork looks flawless, and my truck just rolled off the showroom floor. They paid close attention to the details and took real pride in their craftsmanship. It’s not easy to trust someone with a large truck like an F-250, but Caliber Collision earned my trust and then some.
Highly recommend them if you're looking for professional, reliable, and top-quality auto body repair. Thank you to the entire team!

10/10 experience at this location. The communication was excellent, they fixed my car in only 4 days, which considering the damage was very fast, and they followed up a while after it was picked up to make sure I had no issues or concerns. Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable.

On Thursday morning I had an unfortunate collision with a deer. Through my insurance, I was able to get my car into the shop later that morning.
The staff was very quick and efficient getting me processed and on my way. They were friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a reassuring feeling that all would be taken care of professionally. I was given clear details on what to expect over the next several days.
I got regular text message updates on the beginning of their work, the progress during, and the finished job.
When I returned the job couldn’t have been cleaner. It looked as if nothing had ever happened to the car. Again, the staff was efficient and got me back in my car quickly. I enjoyed the experience.
I don’t recommend hitting a deer, but if you do, Caliber Collision in Mays Landing will absolutely take care of you.

Had to use Caliber twice and both times they were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and kept me up to date throughout the repair! I have friends and family who highly recommended them and I will as well!
